Conveniently positioned just 5mins drive to the Palma motorway. 5mins to the village of Sa Pobla, 10mins to Pollensa Golf and town.  Furthermore, it is just 20mins to the beaches of Pollensa or Alcudia.  Sa Pobla and Pollensa have excellent street markets every Sunday.  Furthermore, they offer good supermarkets and a variety of popular restaurants.

This stunning villa naturally offers Sat TV and reliable WIFI.  Double french doors lead out to the spacious terrace.  Luxuriously furnished with plenty of outdoor seating and dining table.  A wonderful shaded area to relax and enjoy al fresco meals. Visitors tell us that it is ideal for entertaining if you wish to invite friends. The stunning country fitted kitchen offers everything you may need. Airy mediterrean decor and well equipped. This includes a huge American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of attractive crockery. French doors lead out to the garden too.  In fact, the views from the Butler sink may mean you prefer to wash up than use the dishwasher!

Conveniently, two pretty bedrooms are located on the ground floor.  One twin and one double, both with air conditioning.  Maybe a real bonus if someone struggles with stairs.  Additionally both bedrooms have french doors out to the garden.  Furthermore, the double bedroom boasts an en suite shower room.  There is a further family shower room on the ground floor.

Certainly, this makes for some memorial family moments.
