I would recommend anyone to book through Parasol Property in Majorca for your holidays. Ramon apartment in Port Pollenca was spacious, very well equipped and immaculately presented. The communication from Jan prior to and throughout our stay was also fantastic. We would return here and book direct with this company if staying in the area.

Jan at Parasol Properties was super helpful in the lead up to our holiday in Puerto Pollensa and during our stay if we had any questions. Lovely house in the quieter area behind the Pine Walk very close to the beach. We would definitely recommend booking through them.

We stayed in this Llenaire apartment in July 2023. The accommodation was clean, tidy and ideal for us. Close to the beach and a short walk to the shops and restaurants.Any queries we had on arrival were answered almost by return and we would have no hesitation in either returning or recommending Parasol Property Mallorca.

Enjoyed our stay at Tamarells Apt a lot. Ideal position for beach and town. Well equipped. The beach chairs and parasol were very useful. The pool was lovely and never crowded. Lovely huge shower and comfortable bed.

My family booked a villa in Peurto Pollenca for the month of December 2022. The service provided by Parasol’s agency through Jan and her colleagues was first class. Would definitely book through them again and recommend to friends and family. Excellent communication and response to any questions or maintenance issues. Extremely trustworthy and client focused.

Stayed at Apartment Ramon for 10 wonderfully relaxing days. The apartment is so well equipped, comfortable and beautifully furnished. The massive terrace overlooking the pool with mountain views is idyllic and only a short stroll to the glorious Puerto Pollensa beach. Very good communication with Jan and would definitely book again.

A good range of properties and and an excellent hassle free comprehensive service, both personable and professional. Adept at sorting the inevitable occasional minor niggles that come with self catering rentals too. Will definitely be on my list for future visits to Mallorca.

Jan was very helpful and provided excellent service sorting out changes to our holiday which was interrupted by covid and other closures at the last two Xmas's. She was very understanding and flexible and assisted us in finally having an excellent visit to PP. We cannot recommend her and her company highly enough. We shall definitely be using her company again.

Jan is a lovely professional who has made my property search and move-in as smooth as can be! She is an expert in the local area, has been living here for a long time and continues to support my move in, even now with suggestions on where to go locally and what to see. Those links and her extensive knowledge has come in handy and we moved in, in July and it is now November! A true expert in her field and her passion for the Island is clear from the first conversation you have with her. Booked a recent last minute trip to Majorca with Jan. We were tentative about travelling again and found her to be great to deal with finding is the very best property to fit our ideal trip and she was able to give us reassurance around the current Covid situation regarding travel and holidaying in Majorca. She also arranged airport transfers which were ideal. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for tailored holidays to suit all needs. Very knowledgeable about Majorca. We had a brilliant holiday after nearly 2 years😊

We placed a late booking with Parasol Property Mallorca for a holiday villa rental for July/Aug 21. Our decision to book with Parasol was based on their reputation and the flexibity Jan offered during these times of uncertain restrictions etc.Sadly, near our due departure date we had to cancel the booking due to the escalating infection rates and ever changing travel restrictions to and from the UK. However, Jan completely understood our decision and could not have been any more efficient and swift in dealing with our cancellation and refunding all the booking monies to us.This type of customer service means a lot, especially in these very difficult times. You could not go wrong in selecting Parasol as your representative to use for your villa booking. We have visited Majorca for many years now and will definitely use Parasol for future bookings. We wish Jan every luck and success in driving her business forward during these unpredictable and difficult times and look forward to visiting the island again in the future.

Wonderful stay in Villa Vora, Puerto Pollensa in May 2019. We arrived late at night and were really surprised by the welcome pack, had everything we needed and more, outstanding! We had a few niggles on first day (no wifi, toaster not working) called the office to report and within an hour a lovely lady came with new toaster, called the wifi company etc and everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. Would have no hesitation in using Jan and Parasol again, big thanks to all.

WE have booked our holidays with Jan and Parasol Properties for many years and are extremely happy with the service she provides. We were so fortunate to come across Parasol Properties and Jan 4 years ago during our search for a property to buy. We were frustrated by our search for a house and the time wasted by many local agents who took us to see clearly unsuitable properties. Jan understood our requirements perfectly and checked out several properties we were wondering about. She was able to narrow down our search for us and found us a house which was exactly what we were hoping to find and of which we are now very happy owners.Jan has helped us in many ways since then, including using her language skills, persistence and superb knowledge of the way things work here in Mallorca to sort out issues with internet providers, utilities providers, and the local Ajuntement. It is always extremely reassuring to know she's on hand when we're in the UK and that she'll keep an eye on the place and deal with anything that should arise with efficiency and great care.We are also delighted with the pool service which Parasol Properties provide. Fabian keeps our pool in top notch condition and always sparkling clean.
