we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at haus siller. the garden, pool, and terrace are beautiful. we also liked the location, which is a little way from the center. unfortunately, there are lots of barking dogs nearby, which sometimes disturb the otherwise wonderful peace and quiet. however, the interior of the house is a little outdated and could do with some renovation in certain areas.

very much enjoyed our stay. perfectly placed for our preferences. host was responsive and informative. the flat had great amenities and the pool was an added bonus at such a high temperature in late september. i would recommend without hesitation.

We had 10 wonderful days in this amazing villa. it was perfect for our family reunion in Mallorca. We came from far and wide and were not disappointed. Spectacular views with all the amenities we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. Set in a quiet residential area overlooking the large bay. Whilst not isolated, we would recommend hiring a car. Jan and Caroline went the extra mile to ensure our stay went smoothly and were always on hand to offer advice and support. Good clear instructions for everything.

apartment was fantastic. beds were very comfortable. location was great, just a few mins walk from the beach. exactly what we wanted. kitchen had everything we could need. the welcome pack was a lovely added bonus. thanks for hosting and hopefully we’ll be back next year!

Spacious well equipped apartment with excellent balcony and near the beach. We loved that there as sun loungers umbrella blanket etc you could take the back with a little buggy. Overall great stay.

we had a glorious stay. the apartment has everything you could need—jan has thought of everything. she even arranged our airport transfer. we loved the location, it was slightly away from the town but it was perfectly quiet and ideal for families. there were two lovely restaurants, a spar and a great playground. the sea was shallow and crystal clear. this was our first holiday as a family of four and it couldn’t have been more family friendly and easy. we’re already planning our return trip! a final note on jan: she is amazing. my son was poorly before we arrived and she went out of her way to make sure the apartment was safe for him. we are so grateful and all managed to make some special mallorca memories

we had such a great stay at this villa! the location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the beach, and about 20–25 minutes into the main town, which we sometimes walked but also made super easy by hiring bikes. it felt peaceful but still really convenient. the pool was absolutely beautiful and quickly became our favorite spot to relax and cool off. inside, everything was set up for comfort. the villa has multiple bathrooms, the beds were really comfortable, and the air con kept the whole place nice and cool —which made such a difference after being in the sun! outside, there are so many lovely spots to enjoy the sun throughout the day, whether by the pool or on the terraces. you can tell the hosts have thought of everything to make the stay easy and stress-free. we had a perfect getaway and we’d definitely recommend.

this was a fabulous place to stay. it’s so spacious, was spotlessly clean, the pool was fabulous and it was so close to the town and beach. the apartment is also well stocked with everything you need and is so peaceful. we will definitely be booking again.

great accommodation with lots of character. it was very well equipped with everything you'd need for a holiday. good location at the end of the pine walk and very quiet. a nice touch was the welcome pack of goodies and a bottle of wine. jan, the host, responded very quickly to any queries we had.

A beautiful property, great location, perfect for families. Jan, our host was very communicative before our arrival and accommodating our slightly early arrival was very much appreciated. Clean and well appointed with perfect gardens, a lovely place. definitely a property to return to.

had a great time at this lovely villa. it has a lovely outside space with comfortable chairs and sun beds. although slightly overlooked it did not cause any problems. the pool and gardens were well maintained and the bed linen and towels changed each week. inside the villa was very spacious and had good air conditioning with fan options in every room. this was great for me as air con can cause breathing problems. the kitchen was clean and well equipped with a filter coffee machine and even an air fryer. during our stay the coffee machine stopped working and jan replaced it with a brand new one on the same day. the only problem we had was with the on-suite bathroom and shower. it was very small with little storage. the shower did not drain away properly, but when i informed jan she arranged for a plumber to come immediately. all in all we were well looked after and had a lovely stay at this villa in the beautiful resort of puerto pollensa

What a lovely place, close to beach, walking distance to shops/restaurants, everything went smoothly from check in to check out. This property suited us as a family of four, overlooking the pool from the lovely big balcony was really good, the place is so well equipped and everything is of good quality, I can’t think of one thing that it needed that it didn’t already have, thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful holiday at the villa. The villa looks exactly like the pictures, and the view is breath-taking. We rented a car, which is essential since the villa is located in a beautiful, quiet residential area. We're considering booking again for next year because it was so lovely.

A really pretty property in a great location with all the amenities you need. We stayed here 3 years ago and it’s beginning to look a little tired. it could do with a bit of tlc all round. however, this didn’t detract from a lovely stay.

we went with our girls (21 and 24) and one of their boyfriends. the 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom villa with varied outdoor space worked brilliantly for us. it felt like a home rather than somewhere built to rent/sell. it was very near the beach and despite the heat, easy walking distance to centre of pollensa. jan organised our return airport taxis, which was helpful given their shortage. what’s not to like?

this is a great property tucked away on a quiet side street but close to the beach, the pine walk and a few bars. it’s about 20 minutes walk into the centre of puerto pollensa. there is a good sized garden with tables and sun beds which was safe for our granddaughter to play. beach towels were provided and there were some toys in the garage where we also sorted our hire bikes securely. inside there are 3 good doubles and very good cooking facilities. we would use again if we came back to pp.

big thanks to jan . she was very responsive and the property was exactly as described. its walking distance to all the best restaurants and is on a quiet road. the flat itself is big and has a nice open-plan kitchen and living room. there is also a big roof terrace that is a bit basic but great for catching the sun and its private.

we visited at the end of october so tourist season was coming to the end - it was lovely and quiet in the villa and on the beach. the location was superb - 3 mins to the beach and the bus stop. appreciated the welcome gift of wine, snacks and some lovely mallorca salts and soap!

We had an incredible time here, the apartment is very spacious and has everything you need a more. 20-25 min walk up to the port with nice views on the way. we also had a lovely meal at the swing restaurant which is less than 2 mins walk away! we will book again for sure!

we had such a wonderful time. the house was so well equipped and comfortable, the garden and pool were lovely. it felt very private and the view of the mountains is beautiful. walking distance from big supermarket, market and lovely restaurants and beautiful beach. jan was very responsive and the instructions to the house made it easy to find. thank you

beautifully clean and well equipped apartment, with good kitchen equipment and very comfortable beds. the balcony was smaller than expected - fine for two to eat outside, but no more unless you want to sit in a row as the balcony is narrow.clean swimming pool and surrounding area, with loungers available. disappointing that the pool was closed between 3 and 5pm, so better for people who prefer the beach in the afternoon. lots of shade around the pool, so suited me as i prefer to sit in the shade.great location - really peaceful and close to the beach. about a 25 minute walk into the main part of town, but there are a couple of really nice restaurants close by. its also close to a bus stop.all the arrangements were very well explained and communicated.

villa siller was a lovely place to relax for a week. it is ideally located near to the beautiful port de pollenca, and was tastefully furnished with all mod cons. there were even free bikes provided which was great fun. we would recommend this place to anyone
