A traditional townhouse with pool for holidays in Buger, near Campanet Mallorca.  This stone house has been lovingly reformed to a high standard.  This property is located in the centre of the traditional village of Buger.  It is a fantastic choice for a relaxing family holiday as well as a great location for cyclists, secure bike storage is also provided here.

This spacious townhouse is located in a quiet cul de sac, just off the street which leads to the church square in the centre of the village. Buger is just 5 mins drive to the popular village of Campanet. Campanet has a selection of restaurants and bars and the famous Caves to explore.  Buger has a weekly market, well stocked supermarket, chemist and a handful of bars. It boasts an award winning bakers too!

The property sleeps 6 plus baby, a free cot and highchair are available on request. A car is not essential although recommended for visiting other areas of the Island.

Interior

The original wooden doors lead into an entrance porch.  The ground floor offers spacious living with plenty of natural light.  The attractive lounge area has sofas, wood burner, SAT TV, DVD and free WIFI. There is a well stocked library of DVD´s. Beautiful arches and stone walls create ambience.  The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances. A breakfast bar seperates the kitchen from the dining area. A great spot for an early morning coffee.  The dining table seats 8. and double aspect french doors lead out to the pretty patio and pool.

On the ground floor is a 3rd bedroom with twin beds and ensuite shower room, so very convenient for anyone with walking difficulties.  An efficient portable air conditioning unit and fan are provided in this room with French doors leading out to the furnished terrace, a perfect corner to enjoy al fresco meals overlooking the swimming pool.

A beautiful stone staircase leads to the first floor.  Here we find a further two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The pretty twin bedroom has lovely country views from the french doors.  Along the hall is a family shower room.  The very spacious Master bedroom with king size bed has an en suite bathroom which boasts a roll top bath and walk in shower and a private furnished terrace offering spectacular views across the countryside.  Certainly a great place to sit and enjoy a pre dinner drink.  There is ample room for a cot in this room.  Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and efficient hot/cold air conditioning.

Exterior

Most noteworthy is the attractive swimming pool with Roman steps.  A shady terrace with dining table ensures comfort during al fresco meals.  The sun terrace is furnished with sun beds and relaxing chairs . Finally no holiday is complete without a gas barbecue for fun family meals cooked by Dad!

This is an ideal property for those wishing to live like a local.  It is spacious, comfortable and very homely.  Beautiful countryside strolls can be enjoyed from the house, feed the nearby horses, enjoy the bird song and mountain views.
Nearest beach is either Puerto Alcudia or Pollensa which is an easy 20mins drive away.

Buger and Campanet have popular public open air swimming pools with snack bars. They can be enjoyed by visitors and residents alike and offer tennis and paddle courts for hire.
