In the summer months you find a couple of bars and restaurants plus a well stocked Spar within 3 mins walk.  The centre of Puerto Pollensa is a 20 mins stroll.  A bus stops close by too.  This makes this property an excellent choice for a stay of more than 30 nights.

Accommodation

The apartment is located on the 1st floor, reached by an external staircase.  Enter directly into a small entrance hall.  The spacious lounge/ diner has large patio doors leading out to the spacious furnished terrace.  A great place to enjoy al fresco meals. The lounge is comfortably furnished with sofa, dining table and chairs. It also boasts air con, TV with UK channels and reliable WIFI.

The well equipped fully fitted kitchen includes a washing machine for your convenience.

A pretty twin bedroom leads off the lounge. Patio doors lead straight out to the terrace.  A further twin bedroom leads off the entrance hall.  Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and free standing fans.  They share a compact shower room.  There is an additonal interior single room.  Ideal for a cot or storage.

The attractive communal gardens and large swimming pool are a delight.  The communal areas are immaculate. Naturally it is important to respect community rules at all times and respect neighbours.
