Having lived many years in the popular area of Siller I can highly recommend this comfortable winter rental in Puerto Pollensa Mallorca. This townhouse boasts a fabulous location. It sits in an attractive and peaceful residential area just 15mins stroll to the beach and restaurants. It is just a 5mins walk to the large Eroski supermarket. Also, only 5mins from the start of the popular walk across the hills to Cala San Vicente. A walk enjoyed by so many visitors each year. The accomodation boasts stunning views from no less than 5 furnished terraces! This winter monthly rental Puerto Pollensa Mallorca sleeps 5 plus a baby. It is an ideal option for nature lovers and cyclists and guests who want a bit of extra space to enjoy.
The winter months there is plenty to enjoy. The fabulous almond blossom in January and February, San Antonio and San Sebastian fiestas mid January, colourful carnival during February, bustling spring fairs during March, Easter processions during April. Drives in the mountains, walks across the hills or on deserted beaches, cultural events in Palma. Hiking, cycling, bird watching, reading a book in a sheltered suntrap.
A garden gate leads into the immaculate front garden with seating area. As you enter the property you find a fully fitted and well equipped modern kitchen to your left. The kitchen boasts a small breakfast bar, ideal to enjoy an early morning coffee whilst watching out to the front garden. Along to the spacious, luminous lounge/diner which offers quality furnishings to ensure your comfort. This includes double sofas, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV and reliable WIFI. Large patio doors lead out to the sheltered rear terrace. The ground floor accomodation is completed by a useful cloakroom with shower.
Stairs lead from the lounge to the three bedrooms. One twin and one single bedroom share a terrace overlooking the pool. Spectacular mountain views can be enjoyed from this terrace. The attractive Master bedroom boasts a modern en suite shower room and private balcony to the front of the property. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and hot/cold air conditioning. Finally a complete bathroom is located on this floor. The bathroom has a newly fitted electric towel rail which heats the bathroom nicely.
A further staircase leads up to the washing machine and fifth terrace. The 12m2 private roof terrace offers spectacular mountain and resort views. A perfect spot to enjoy a night cap under the stars!
With no less than 5 exterior terraces there is always room to enjoy the generally mild Mallorcan winter. The main rear terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy family meals with views to the communal pool. A couple of sun loungers provide a comfortable place to relax with a book on sunny days. Families love testing their skills on the purpose built barbecue too. Conveniently the local butchers and supermarkets offer specially prepared foods for this purpose.
A garden gate leads out to the attractive communal swimming pool. The pool is not heated.
Should you have a car, free easy parking is available. However a car is certainly not necessary when staying in this winter monthly rental Puerto Pollensa Mallorca.
Rental Prices (monthly rates in euros)
The monthly rental price will vary depending on the length of stay. The house is available for monthly rentals from 8th October 2023 to 30 March 2024. There is a minimum stay of 30 nights.
Cleaning is not included. Electric is charged at 0.30€ per kw. We will provide double linen and towels so clients can arrange their own laundry. This is not a tourist stay and therefore no tourist tax is charged. Flexible arrival and departure days. A 500€ security deposit will be requested prior

Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
