It is located just 3 mins walk to the safe sandy beach of Llennaire, Puerto Pollensa which is a popular beach offering a friendly beach bar and a couple of excellent restaurants. The stroll along the sea front to the Marina, which is scattered with shops and restaurants, will take 20 mins.

Interior
This large family holiday villa rental in Puerto Pollensa Mallorca has a spacious lounge diner, comfortably furnished with sofas, dining table and chairs, offering a fresh mediterrean feel. The property has air con, ceiling fan, smart TV, DVD and reliable fibra optic WIFI. The tv has a chromecast so bring your netflix details and log in. The lounge also offers a wood burner for the cooler months. Patio doors open out to the covered front terrace which is perfect for al fresco meals and quiet moments. A couple of steps lead down to the pretty front garden, another spot to chill whilst enjoying a cool drink.
The fully fitted and very well equipped kitchen leads off the lounge with french doors to the front terrace and a further door to the barbecue and garden. The kitchen offers fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, purified drinking water (no more bottles) and ample crockery for entertaining.
Off the lounge a hallway leads to the sleeping quarters, a twin and double bedroom. Both have air conditioning, efficient ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes. Two recently reformed modern bathrooms with heated towel rails are adjacent to the bedrooms. One bathroom has a bath and the other a walk in shower. These bathrooms offer a touch of luxury in this large family holiday villa rental in Puerto Pollensa Mallorca.
A few steps lead up to to the spacious master bedroom, with double aspect windows overlooking the swimming pool, equipped with a ceiling fan, air conditioning, safe and recently reformed en suite shower room. There is plenty of room here for a cot/child bed, a free travel cot and highchair are available on request.
Exterior
The rear enclosed garden area is quite a surprise and a real delight with a beautiful salt water swimming pool. The pool is 8m x 4m with easy Roman steps into the shallow end and an enchanting water feature. It is surrounded by sun terraces equipped with sun beds, relaxing chairs, a shower and parasol. There are plenty of areas where one can find their own space and peace and quiet.
Alongside the swimming pool is an additional room. This bright room has two large windows, patio doors and security shutters. It overlooks the garden and pool. The room can be used to store the sunbed cushions, practice yoga (mat provided) or pilates (ball provided). It is also an ideal secure storage room for cycles. It is a great space to let the toddlers have a sleep whilst you enjoy the pool. The modern bathroom with a walk in shower is very convenient alongside the pool and also houses the washing machine.

Highly recommended. We had a wonderful, short family holiday at Jan's place. It was perfect size for two adults and two children - the house had everything that we needed - inside and out - breakfast by the pool and tea on the terrace. It was great being just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. Jan was super easy to communicate with and responded to any needs that we had. We would definitely return.
Katiwe had such a great stay at this villa! the location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the beach, and about 20–25 minutes into the main town, which we sometimes walked but also made super easy by hiring bikes. it felt peaceful but still really convenient. the pool was absolutely beautiful and quickly became our favorite spot to relax and cool off. inside, everything was set up for comfort. the villa has multiple bathrooms, the beds were really comfortable, and the air con kept the whole place nice and cool —which made such a difference after being in the sun! outside, there are so many lovely spots to enjoy the sun throughout the day, whether by the pool or on the terraces. you can tell the hosts have thought of everything to make the stay easy and stress-free. we had a perfect getaway and we’d definitely recommend.
Georginahad a great time at this lovely villa. it has a lovely outside space with comfortable chairs and sun beds. although slightly overlooked it did not cause any problems. the pool and gardens were well maintained and the bed linen and towels changed each week. inside the villa was very spacious and had good air conditioning with fan options in every room. this was great for me as air con can cause breathing problems. the kitchen was clean and well equipped with a filter coffee machine and even an air fryer. during our stay the coffee machine stopped working and jan replaced it with a brand new one on the same day. the only problem we had was with the on-suite bathroom and shower. it was very small with little storage. the shower did not drain away properly, but when i informed jan she arranged for a plumber to come immediately. all in all we were well looked after and had a lovely stay at this villa in the beautiful resort of puerto pollensa
Colinwe went with our girls (21 and 24) and one of their boyfriends. the 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom villa with varied outdoor space worked brilliantly for us. it felt like a home rather than somewhere built to rent/sell. it was very near the beach and despite the heat, easy walking distance to centre of pollensa. jan organised our return airport taxis, which was helpful given their shortage. what’s not to like?
Alannawe visited at the end of october so tourist season was coming to the end - it was lovely and quiet in the villa and on the beach. the location was superb - 3 mins to the beach and the bus stop. appreciated the welcome gift of wine, snacks and some lovely mallorca salts and soap!

Should I decide to book accommodation with you how do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account. Due to greedy bank charges we do charge a 0.5% supplement on credit card payments.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.
I would like to buy a property in Mallorca soon but I do not want to be bombarded with offers or pressurized.
You have my total commitment not to contact you unless we really do have a property which matches your requirements. I listen carefully and pride myself in matching a property to a client rather than dragging clients around to view 6 properties so I can tick a box. Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
