They visit the property regularly all year round. This spacious villa sleeps 6 and a baby comfortably. It is located just 3 mins walk to the safe sandy beach of Llennaire, Puerto Pollensa which is a popular beach offering a friendly beach bar and a couple of excellent restaurants. The stroll along the sea front to the Marina, which is scattered with shops and restaurants, will take 20 mins. Top location! There are 3 fab restaurants and a beach bar just 3mins walk from the villa. A Car not necessary in this property.
Interior
This large family holiday villa rental in Puerto Pollensa Mallorca has a spacious lounge diner, comfortably furnished with sofas, dining table and chairs, offering a fresh mediterrean feel. The property has air con, ceiling fan, smart TV, DVD and reliable fibra optic WIFI. The tv has a chromecast so bring your netflix details and log in. The lounge also offers a wood burner for the cooler months. Patio doors open out to the covered front terrace which is perfect for al fresco meals and quiet moments. A couple of steps lead down to the pretty front garden, another spot to chill whilst enjoying a cool drink.
The fully fitted and very well equipped kitchen leads off the lounge with french doors to the front terrace and a further door to the barbecue and garden. 3 steps lead down to the rear garden and swimming pool.
Off the lounge a hallway leads to the sleeping quarters, a twin and double bedroom. Both have air conditioning, efficient ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes. Two recently reformed modern bathrooms with heated towel rails are adjacent to the bedrooms. One bathroom has a bath and the other a walk in shower. A few steps lead up to to the spacious master bedroom, with double aspect windows overlooking the swimming pool, equipped with a ceiling fan, air conditioning, safe and recently reformed en suite shower room. There is plenty of room here for a cot/child bed, a free travel cot and highchair are available on request.
Exterior
The rear enclosed garden area is quite a surprise and a real delight with a beautiful salt water swimming pool. The pool has Roman steps and an enchanting water feature. It is surrounded by sun terraces equipped with sun beds, relaxing chairs, shower and parasol. There are plenty of areas where one can find their own space and peace and quiet.
Alongside the swimming pool is an additional room. This bright room has two large windows, patio doors and security shutters. It overlooks the garden and pool. The room can be used to store the sunbed cushions and other pool items. It is also an ideal secure storage room for cycles. It is a great space to let the toddlers have a sleep whilst you enjoy the pool. A modern bathroom with a walk in shower is very convenient for use alongside the pool and also houses the washing machine.

Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
