I am delighted to offer this stunning modern holiday villa which boasts the most spectacular sea views across to the Bay of Pollensa.  This very spacious property is located in an elevated position in the exclusive residential area of Paraiso de Bonaire, Alcudia.  The accommodation offers its guests huge patio doors throughout so the sea views can be appreciated from all rooms. This property certainly has the WOW factor and guests love to return over and over again.

The exclusive area of Bonaire is very peaceful with a small marina and a couple of popular restaurants.  One of my favourite beaches, Mal Pas, is just 5mins drive from the villa.  Mal Pas comprises two sheltered coves with crystal clear water and stunning views.   Alcudia town with its selection of restaurants, shops and bustling weekly street market is a 10 minute drive from the villa.  A 15 minute drive around to the busy Port of Alcudia you find a long sandy beach and a larger selection of shops, restaurants and night life.

The large villa was completed in February 2013. It was constructed with top quality German materials and furnishings.  The total living space is 330 square meters ensuring everyone has plenty of space to enjoy their stay.  Beautiful granite floors which offer underfloor heating in the cooler months if required.

The first floor offers 4 beautiful en suite bedrooms.  All of the spacious bedrooms boast efficient air conditioning, super King size beds, wall mounted TV and wardrobes. Huge patio doors lead out to the furnished sea view terrace. The ensuite shower rooms are of a generous size and include heated towel rails.  The Master bedroom has a seating area (sofa bed) and a particularly large en suite bathroom with bathtub and walk in shower.  This bathroom shower is easily accessible for a wheelchair.  As all bedrooms offer a stunning sea view there will be no disappointment for any guests.

The second floor boasts the huge open plan living area surrounded by patio doors.  A fully fitted well equipped kitchen is located to one side of the room.  It boasts modern appliances such as an American style fridge/freezer complete with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, DeLonghi coffee maker.  The breakfast bar is a great place for an early morning coffee whilst you plan the days activities.

The huge lounge/diner of this stunning holiday villa with spectacular sea views allows you to relax and chat with your family or friends on the comfortable sofas. These sofas can be transferred out to the terrace if you prefer. Guests love to enjoy an evening meal in the air conditioned space with the backdrop of the twinkling lights across the Bay. Alternatively, you may prefer to dine under the stars using the terrace dining table which seats 8 people.  It is great to have a choice. Maybe you would like to book a personal chef for a night or two of your stay? Naturally, this would need booking in advance but it is a great idea for a special occasion.  The smart TV and reliable WIFI provides some light entertainment if required.  A useful guest cloakroom completes the accommodation on this floor.

The ground floor comprises the huge garage with space for 2 large cars and has direct access to the house.  The laundry room is located here as well with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.


Guests have so many amazing terraces to choose from in this stunning holiday villa with spectacular sea views.  This ensures everyone can find their own corner for privacy or relaxation.  As mentioned previously all the bedrooms lead out to a sea view terrace.  The huge lounge/diner has patio doors leading out to a massive terrace ideal for alfresco dining.  For early morning yoga or total sunbathing privacy I would suggest the top terrace which is reached from the lounge terrace.  It is not overlooked and is sheltered by front frosted glass!

The pretty mediterrean garden is immaculate, follow the pathway to the stunning 14m x 4m private swimming pool which has roman steps in one corner for easy access .  The pool has a depth of 1.55m and a shower to rinse off the suntan lotion.  (Most villa pools are around 8m long so that gives you an idea as to how impressive this pool really is!)  Surrounded by sun terraces with 8 sunbeds and 2 parasols it is a fabulous place to spend the day, whether you choose to read a book, snooze or listen to the birds sing whilst sipping something cool.

Wait for the evening and the amazing sunsets that can be appreciated from this stunning holiday villa with spectacular sea views.  Your photos will never be able to do this justice.

The spacious garage offers secure cycle storage along with a safe place to store your paddle board and beach equipment.  Access to the swimming pool is via the front entrance or the garage doors.

Pets are admitted on request and with the payment of a small supplement.

Prices do not include the Balearic tourist tax which is payable prior to arrival.  A 500€ security deposit is required prior to arrival.

30% deposit on booking.  Balance due 45 days prior to your arrival. Payments by secure credit card or by bank transfer.

We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances.  It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.

What does your property management service consist of?Reveal

We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to.  Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.

What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?Reveal

All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number.  Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.
