This traditional stone holiday villa in Pollensa has been fully renovated by the owners. They have managed to provide all the modern comforts but retain many original features. They want you to enjoy your stay in their Mallorcan villa. The location of this pretty villa sleeping 5 plus a baby is fantastic. Just a short 10 mins walk into Pollensa town it sits off the country road leading to Lluc. It is close to the Roman Bridge and stunning Ternellas valley. Historic Pollensa offers a fabulous selection of artisan shops and excellent restaurants. Be sure to visit the Sunday morning market too. Stunning mountain views and peaceful surroundings are guaranteed when you book this popular holiday rental.
At the front of this traditional stone holiday villa in Pollensa a covered porch runs the full length of the villa. This terrace offers plenty of shade during the day. A perfect spot to relax with a good book. This property boasts high beamed ceilings throughout. Enter directly into a spacious entrance hall with stairs to first floor. To the right, the fully fitted modern kitchen/diner is well equipped. The large dining table offering a perfect spot for early morning breakfast. The wood burner adds to the local ambience. A laundry room complete with washing machine sits off the kitchen. French doors lead out to the covered terrace with dining table and chairs. Perfect for al fresco meals.
Leading off the hall is the spacious lounge/diner which is comfortably furnished. It also has a wood burning stove, TV with International channels and DVD. Naturally WIFI is also available. Double aspect french doors lead to the front porch and also the rear terrace. This enjoys stunning views back to the town and the Calvario steps.
The attractive staircase leads up to the first floor. Here we find 3 bedrooms with air conditioning on a timer to ensure sensibly usage. The master double bedroom with en-suite shower and dressing room shares a terrace overlooking Pollensa. Sharing the terrace is the pretty twin bedded room. The third bedroom is a single bedroom with a large antique bed. The interior accommodation in this traditional stone holiday villa in Pollensa is completed with a family bathroom.
Exterior
The villa is set in a well kept lawned garden. Pride of place is taken by the beautiful swimming pool with Roman steps leading into a shallow end. The pool is approx. 8m x 4.5m and has depths of 0.80m to 1.90m. Alongside the pool is a purpose built barbecue and traditional bread oven. To the side is a further pretty dining area. Sunbeds are placed on the sun terrace surrounding the pool. A wonderful place to soak up the sun and the fabulous views that this property offers.
A car is not essential in this traditional stone holiday villa in Pollensa although we do recommend having one to be able to explore the surrounding fabulous beaches. Car parking spaces are available.
An excellent choice for cyclists too, as you can cycle into the town as well as along the country lanes. Those who are particularly keen may wish to ride up to the Monastry of Lluc for a coffee and almond cake!

Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
