A traditional family holiday villa close to Pollensa town and just 7 mins to the beach.
Ideally located just a short drive away from well stocked supermarkets, we are delighted to offer this traditional holiday villa with pool close to Pollensa Mallorca. Conveniently, all the accommodation is located on the ground floor. Pollensa town is oozing with character, fabulous restaurants and traditional Mallorcan living. Every Sunday morning, the town offers a bustling weekly market offering a colourful selection of fresh produce, fresh flowers and plants, artesanal goods, clothes and local crafts. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa or Cala San Vicente are located approx. 5.5kms from the property.
The villa sleeps 6 plus an infant. A free cot and highchair are available on request. A car is recommended in this property. This villa is available strictly Saturday to Saturday.
Interior
The spacious accommodation is comfortable with beamed ceilings and original features. Double wooden doors lead directly into the lounge/diner which offers sofas, a dining table and chairs and a flat screen TV. Patio doors lead out to the spacious covered terrace overlooking the mature garden. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped to ensure easy food preparation should you wish. The breakfast table is useful for early morning coffee or childrens meals.
The three pretty bedrooms all offer air conditioning (on a timer for sensible usage) and ample wardrobes. One double bedroom and two twin bedrooms are available. Finally the interior accommodation is completed with a family bathroom and a shower room.
Exterior
This traditional holiday villa with pool close to Pollensa is surrounded by well maintened mature lawned gardens and shrubs. A generous covered terrace around two sides of the villa offers plenty of shade and views of the garden and pool. The swimming pool is 8m x 5m with depths ranging from 1,10 to 2,0 metres. Roman steps provide easy access into the pool. The backdrop of the fabulous mountains offers stunning scenery to contemplate, especially as the sun sets and the sky turns pink.
The outdoor summer kitchen offers the chance to practice your barbecue skills protected from the elements. An exterior table and chairs is the perfect spot for al fresco meals with the family.
For a little extra entertainment, a ping pong table is also provided for your pleasure at this traditional holiday villa with pool close to Pollensa.

Rental rates do not include the ECO tax which is payable prior to arrival. It is also necessary to pay a damage waiver insurance of 11€ per person.
A welcome food pack is included on your arrival. Beach towels are provided for your usage during your stay too.

Are we restricted to a Saturday arrival for holiday rentals?
Some of our villas do insist on a Saturday arrival however the majority of our properties do offer flexible arrival days and lengths of stays. Please check the property description for any restrictions.
Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
