This stunning sea front holiday rental villa in Puerto Pollensa enjoys spectacular views, carefully blending traditional features yet offering contemporary comforts. This new villa with a plunge pool will, we are sure, be in great demand.  It is a 3 bedroom, all with ensuite holiday villa located close to the popular restaurant Cellar Can Josep.  A gentle seafront stroll takes you to the very heart of the resort in approx. 25mins, a selection of shops and restaurants are available within a 10min stroll. This is a first choice for those that want to relax and soak up the views of the Bay of Pollensa.

This villa sleeps 6 and a baby, a free cot and highchair are available on request.  A car is not necessary if staying at this property.

This newly reformed villa offers modern air conditioned accommodation. Parquet floors and generous windows with fabulous views ensure a fresh mediterrean ambience.  This holiday villa is sure to be suitable for the most discerning guests.  All accommodation is on one level, although some steps lead up to the front door.  The beautiful lounge/diner has comfortable sofas, flat screen TV with international channels, dining table and chairs and of course reliable WIFI. Large patio doors lead out onto the sea front terrace, a fabulous spot to enjoy al fresco dining or catch the sunrise over an early breakfast.  The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped ensuring self catering is easy and enjoyable. This includes an `American style´fridge freezer cutting down on your trips to the supermarket.  Off the kitchen is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. This has access to a useful rear terrace.   Conveniently a cloakroom is located just off the living area.

All 3 bedrooms have ensuite modern shower rooms, storage and air conditioning, which is available from 1400 to 1600hrs and from 2000 to 0800hrs.  This sea front holiday rental villa offers 2 twin bedrooms and a further huge bedroom with a queen size double bed along with a sofa bed.  One twin to the front of the house has sea views and double shower.  Another twin has side sea views and full bathroom with a feature stand alone bath.  The spacious double bedroom is at the rear of the property and has a work station, sofa and double shower.

The exterior of this property is a delight.  Your eyes cannot stop marveling at the spectacular sea views.  The spacious terrace offers outdoor dining facilities and a barbecue.  Additional sun beds and comfy seating for quiet moments with a book or a cool iced tea.  A real bonus is the small and shallow plunge pool and exterior shower located off the front terrace.  Can you imagine sitting there with a glass of cava under the moonlight? It is the size of a 1 person jacuzzi. Just perfect to cool off after a day on the safe sandy beach. An L shaped enclosed garden, laid to lawn is on a lower level.
