This pretty, stone, countryside holiday cottage just 2kms from Pollensa is charming. A historical town with charming cobbled streets, fabulous restaurants and interesting artisan shops to explore. A visit to the Sunday morning street market is an essential part of your holiday itinery. The property offers peace and privacy along with quality accommodation. The villa sleeps 6 and a baby. A free cot and highchair are available on request. Saturday only arrivals.
Interior
Entering the countryside villa from the pretty front terrace you are touched by the traditional aspect of the property. The comfortably furnished lounge/diner offers high beamed ceiling. This creates an airy feel to the interior. Equipped with a TV with international channels, DVD and reliable WIFI for your added enjoyment. The fully fitted Mallorcan kitchen is well equipped. Enjoy your early morning coffee in the quiet corner that the breakfast table offers. French doors lead out to the furnished terrace.
A hallway leads along to the three air conditioned bedrooms of this countryside holiday cottage just 2kms from Pollensa. Two pretty twin bedrooms share an attractive family bathroom. The Master bedroom boasts a fabulous en suite shower room. All bedrooms look out over the gardens and have high beamed ceilings which create a romantic dreamy ambience. The air conditioning units have a timer to ensure sensible usage.
Exterior
Surrounded by pretty sun terraces is the rectangular private swimming pool. It is approx. 8m by 5m and has depths of 1m to 2m. Easy Roman steps create an easy access into the shallow end for non swimmers. An additional huge covered terrace provides much needed shade and is a lovely spot for al fresco dining or simply relaxing. Stunning views of the Puig de Maria are to be enjoyed throughout the garden too.
To the side of the swimming pool is a summer kitchen. A perfect excuse to barbecue one evening and allow the chef to cool off with regular dips in the pool! For your convenience, the washing machine is also housed here. This countryside holiday cottage just 2kms from Pollensa is surrounded by well kept lawns and colourful shrubs.
If you wish to go into the town in the evenings and leave the car at home there are reliable taxis that will bring you home. The villa is ideally located for cylists too and 10 mins ride will take you into the town.

Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
