This pretty 3 bedroom holiday villa close to the beach in Puerto Pollensa is a delight. This villa is located in the popular residential area of Siller and boasts a backdrop of spectacular mountains. A gentle 20 mins stroll leads along to the sea front. The natural beauty, sounds of birdsong and scenery make this very special. A 10min walk takes you to the large supermarket open 7 days a week. You feel like you are in the countryside but with the added benefit that a car is not necessary. There are no steps in the villa or garden so it is safe for young children and elderly clients.

Interior
A spacious front porch provides plenty of shade for al fresco dining or just enjoying a book. Enter directly into the attractive lounge/diner with double aspect french doors to the garden. The beamed ceilings offer a traditional feel to this 3 bedroom holiday villa close to beach Puerto Pollensa. The lounge/diner boasts a brand new sofa, flat screen smart TV, Blu Ray with film library, reliable Fibra optic WIFI and hot/cold air conditioning. Dining table and chairs offer the option to dine inside should you wish. The views of the surrounding mountains can be enjoyed from the sofa as well as the garden. The seperate traditional fitted kitchen is well equipped. It boasts a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a nespresso for your early morning coffee.
An arch leads off the lounge and along to the sleeping quarters of this 3 bedroom holiday villa close to beach Puerto Pollensa. A pretty twin bedroom overlooks the front porch and garden. The spacious Master bedroom with double bed boasts an en suite shower room. There is room for a cot here if required. A further twin has french doors leading out to the garden. All bedrooms benefit from hot/cold air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. One bedroom offers a safety deposit box. Finally the family bathroom with bathtub completes the interior accommodation.
Exterior
Double iron gates lead into the pretty enclosed garden, laid mainly to lawn. The rectangular 7m x 3m swimming pool takes pride of place. Aluminimum steps lead into the shallow end. This has a depth of 1m, rising to 1.80m at the far end. We can even add safety pool fencing if you wish. A supplement is payable and pre ordering is essential. (see photo) Immaculate lawns with sunbeds and a parasol surround the pool. Fruit trees, bouganvilla and colourful shrubs add a splash of colour to this pretty one level holiday villa. Beach towels are provided too.
This villa is perfect for a family holiday in a peaceful setting. Spending a few hours on the beach and then cooling off in the pool is just fabulous. Dining under the stars is a romantic moment which guests love. The pool and garden lights adding to the ambience. we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at haus siller. the garden, pool, and terrace are beautiful. we also liked the location, which is a little way from the center. unfortunately, there are lots of barking dogs nearby, which sometimes disturb the otherwise wonderful peace and quiet. however, the interior of the house is a little outdated and could do with some renovation in certain areas.
Birgitwe absolutely loved our stay in jan’s villa. everything from the location, the amenities, the garden, the pool, absolutely everything was perfect for our first family holiday. we did have some issue finding the villa on the first day. we received the detailed instructions but these would potentially be easier to follow if we were driving, however we got a taxi from the airport, arrived a few too hours early for check in so had some lunch in a local restaurant before walking to what we thought was the correct location. we later found that the map location is incorrect, is not viewable on google maps, and the villa can only be found using the directions given by jan, which we struggled to follow, as did the local taxi drivers. after a couple of stressful hours with 3 elderly parents and 1 infant, we found a taxi driver who was willing to drive around the streets and help find the villa. despite this, it was an absolutely gorgeous stay, a family holiday we’ll remember forever.

Craigthis was a fabulous place to stay. it’s so spacious, was spotlessly clean, the pool was fabulous and it was so close to the town and beach. the apartment is also well stocked with everything you need and is so peaceful. we will definitely be booking again.

Should I decide to book accommodation with you how do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account. Due to greedy bank charges we do charge a 0.5% supplement on credit card payments.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.
I would like to buy a property in Mallorca soon but I do not want to be bombarded with offers or pressurized.
You have my total commitment not to contact you unless we really do have a property which matches your requirements. I listen carefully and pride myself in matching a property to a client rather than dragging clients around to view 6 properties so I can tick a box. Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
