This one storey stone villa is set in established gardens and offers tranquility and mountain views. This villa sleeps 4 plus a baby.  A free cot and highchair are available on request.  A car is not necessary.

A delightful pathway leads through the mature garden to the front furnished porch. Entering into the air conditioned lounge you notice the Mallorcan decor and beamed ceilings.  The comfortable sofas, flat screen TV offering international channels and reliable WIFI.  The fully fitted modern kitchen/diner is well equipped. A centre island is useful for meal preparation. The dining table and chairs offer a perfect spot for breakfast.  A door leads out to the furnished terrace and garden.

The two air conditioned bedrooms are located off the lounge. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and both overlook the mature garden.  The air conditioning is on a timer to ensure sensible usage. (14hrs a day) Finally the interior accommodation is completed with a modern shower room.

Exterior

The exterior of this 2 bedroom holiday villa in Pollensa town Mallorca is a delight.  The mature garden surrounds the private swimming pool.  A selection of shrubs and colourful plants surround the well maintained lawns. To one side of the kitchen door is a covered brick-built barbecue area and dining area. This is an ideal spot for al fresco dining.  The spacious furnished terrace provides plenty of shade and seating areas to enjoy day and night.

The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and has a ladder into the shallow end.  Depths range from approx. 1m to 2m in this pool. Of course sunbeds are provided along with pool towels to ensure enjoyment. The countryside garden offers bird song, mountian views and total relaxation.  It is hard to believe that the town is just a very short walk away.

A perfect traditional holiday villa in Pollensa for the smaller family or a couple. The beach of Puerto Pollensa is 7kms away. Meanwhile the stunning Cala San Vicente beach is just 6kms and Golf Pollensa is 5kms.  Public buses run into Puerto Pollensa and Palma.  Taxis are a good form of transport for short journeys too.
