The Pollensamar complex offers holiday apartments Pinewalk Puerto Pollensa. They are located just one street back from the famous and popular Pine Walk. These apartments have been a firm favourite for our guests for many years. They are conveniently close to the elegant Hotel Illa d´Or. A great spot for a special breakfast or waters edge dinner.
Spring 2025, the charming Pollensamar Apartments received a comprehensive transformation, ensuring your stay is more comfortable and luxurious than ever. From brand-new interiors to modern furnishings, each apartment has been reimagined to blend style and comfort seamlessly. The refreshed décor incorporates a soothing color palette that reflects the beauty of Puerto Pollensa.
The complex offer bright modern holiday apartments Pinewalk Puerto Pollensa. Choose between one bedroom apartments, larger top floor superior apartments with private terrace or studios. All units have balconies overlooking the swimming pool and are facing in the direction of the sea. (Except the two roof top apartments). A lift is available to all floors. The superior apartments have sloping ceilings. They also boast a balinese bed on the terrace.
The air conditioned accomodation is bright and spacious. Facilities include SAT TV, free WIFI and a free safe. The kitchenette has a microwave. The bathroom with walk in shower and hairdryer. The apartments receive daily maid service.
The one bedroom apartments sleep max 4 people. Two in the bedroom with quality large beds. Two additional persons sleep comfortable on the sofa bed in the lounge. The studios sleep just three people. Two quality sofa beds and an extra camp style bed or cot for a child.

The Pollensamar complex has a swimming pool for the exclusive use of its residents. The rectangular pool has Roman steps for easy access. The sun terrace is furnished with sunbeds and parasols. The pool is usually quiet as most guests spend the day on the beach. It is a perfect location to enjoy a relaxing holiday. There is comfortable seating alongside the main door to the property which is at the rear of the building. There is a 24hr reception at the Hostal Bahia, just 400m along the pinewalk. They can be contacted by internal phone within the apartment.

Some of our villas do insist on a Saturday arrival however the majority of our properties do offer flexible arrival days and lengths of stays. Please check the property description for any restrictions.
Should I decide to book accommodation with you how do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account. Due to greedy bank charges we do charge a 0.5% supplement on credit card payments.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.
I would like to buy a property in Mallorca soon but I do not want to be bombarded with offers or pressurized.
You have my total commitment not to contact you unless we really do have a property which matches your requirements. Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
