Uniquely located in the heart of the old town of Pollensa this property boasts 2 large bedrooms. The wow factor comes from the private pool which has been designed to impress.
This holiday villa sleeps 4 + a baby. A free cot and highchair are available on request. A car is not necessary in this amazing property as you have everything you need on the doorstep.
Pollensa town offers a fabulous selection of interesting artesan shops, superb international restaurants, a thriving weekly street market and fascinating streets to explore. A local bus offers a service to Puerto Pollensa, Cala San Vicente and Palma. Bikes are a great way of travelling around too.
Interior
The airy interior, set over 3 floors has been carefully designed by local architects using quality materials, making this holiday rental in Pollensa, Mallorca a luxury retreat even for the most demanding guests.
On the ground floor there is a modern fully equipped fitted kitchen. The dining area patio doors open straight onto the pool terrace. The cozy lounge has stone walls and the accommodation offers comfortable furnishings along with a wall mounted SAT TV and reliable WIFI. Finally there is a convenient downstairs cloakroom
On the first floor there is a spacious twin bedroom and family bathroom. This modern luxury holiday rental in Pollensa Mallorca offers a pretty sitting area with access to a small terrace.This makes a good working area (if you must!). The upper floor of the villa is entirely occupied by the beautiful master bedroom suite which features a double bed and a luxury shower room, this room is a true delight. A small furnished terrace has pool views.
Exterior
Roser Vell offers the unique bonus of having a private swimming pool with the terrace tiled in quality Mallorcan marble. It is a wonderful space to relax on a warm summer evening. Al fresco dining followed by a dip in the lit swimming pool make wonderful memories of a great holiday in Pollensa Mallorca.
