This modern holiday villa is located close to Pollensa or Alcudia. It is a picturesque 15mins drive to either village.  This impressive country estate sits at the end of a quiet country lane off the road from Palma to Alcudia.  It is just 5mins drive to the Bisanyes Garden Centre that is known by many. The WOW factor is apparent as you arrive at the stunning entrance gate of this elegant stone property. It is one of the most luxurious villas that we offer.  The use of local natural products is evident throughout with the beautiful stone, marble floors, wooden beams and tiling. The local furnishings are splendid too.

This villa sleeps 6 plus a baby.  A free cot and highchair are available on request.  A car is essential in this luxury villa.

Interior

The quality finishings in this air conditioned property are evident as soon as you enter into the spacious lounge/diner. This is comfortably furnished with sofas, dining table and chairs.  The  feature chimney and high beamed ceilings add caracter to this stunning room with large patio doors flooding the room with light.  A flat screen TV with international channels and a DVD and free WIFI are provided for your entertainment.  The patio doors lead out to the covered terrace with pool views.
The stunning fitted kitchen is naturally well equipped with modern appliances to ensure family meals can be prepared with ease.  The centre Island adds additional an working area.  A professional chef will happily prepare some amazing dinners here if required. (booking in advance and with supplement) A dining area is incorporated into the kitchen which is ideal for early breakfast.  Additional patio doors lead out to the terrace overlooking the pool and garden.  The laundry room with washing machine is to be found off the terrace too.

Conveniently, two pretty twin bedrooms are found on the ground floor of this luxury 3 bedroom holiday villa close to Pollensa Mallorca. They have use of a modern shower room and a luxury family bathroom.

An attractive modern staircase (not ideal for very young children) leads upstairs from the lounge.  A spectacular Master bedroom suite is located here.  A queen size bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with luxurious corner bath. Patio doors open out onto a private terrace offering panoramic views over the countryside and towards the Bay of Pollensa.  All 3 bedrooms are air conditioned for summer or winter use.  The air conditioning in this property is available 12 hours a day.

Exterior

I think it will be difficult to pull yourself away from the garden to explore the Island.  Total relaxation in a variety of different seating areas ensure privacy and comfort for all members of the family.

Several patio doors lead out onto the spacious covered terraces overlooking the pool. This is an ideal spot for those delightful al fresco meals.  Comfortable seating to curl up with a great book and an iced tea is also provided.   The terraces offer wonderful relaxing views of the garden, pool and surrounding countryside. A variety of shrubs and fruit trees surround the lawns.

Everyone enjoys a barbecue meal during their holiday.  A quick dip in the pool whilst the food is cooking makes it a most pleasant experience. This fabulous luxury holiday villa boasts a fantastic stone built barbeque located adjacent to the kitchen.

Naturally the spectacular large swimming pool takes pride of place in this luxury 3 bedroom holiday villa close to Pollensa Mallorca.  The rectangular local stone swimming pool is approx. 11m x 4m and has convenient Roman steps into the shallow end.  A perfect spot to sit and stay cool for non swimmers.  Depths of the pool range from 0.9m to 1.8m.  Ample sun terraces surround the pool, furnished with quality sunbeds and a parasol.  Night time illumination adds another dimension to this stunning modern property.

Pollensa and Alcudia villages are wonderful to explore on foot.  Visit the artisan shops and excellent local restaurants hidden down narrow streets.  Both villages offer vibrant Sunday morning markets too.

On booking we require a 30% deposit.  The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival.  A handful of villas require the balance earlier.  Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances.  It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.

What does your property management service consist of?Reveal

We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to.  Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.

What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?Reveal

All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number.  Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated.  We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals.  For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance.  Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.  Let us know how we can help.
