this apartment was the best equipped apartment i've ever stayed in! loved all the things for the beach (trolley, chairs, towels and umbrella). it is very close to the beach, a 20 min walk into the center and in a quiet area, we slept very well. we didn't see anyone else using the shared pool (approx 8 or so other apartments in block). the balcony was huge and well equipped with a variety of seating to enjoy! would definitely recommend.

FlorianWir sind zu viert angereist. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung war super praktisch durch zwei Schlaf- und Badezimmer. Der Wohnbereich war sehr gemütlich, die kleinen Gastgeschenke richtig toll. Die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Betten waren super bequem. Die Lage ist ruhig und nur wenige Gehminuten zum Wasser entfernt. Die Terrasse ist großzügig, der Pool für April noch zu kühl. Parkplätze sind vorm Haus vorhanden. Klimaanlage hat gut gewärmt, da die Temperaturen noch nicht sehr warm waren. Für einen Kurztrip wie den unsrigen war die Wohnung perfekt. Wir haben täglich Ausflüge unternommen und waren immer happy abends zurück zu kommen.
Nicolejan was so helpful in making sure we had all of the documents and tax payments taken care of before arrived. the place was beautiful and well taken cared of. we really enjoyed our stay.
Robthis apartment had everything we needed for our short stay while we cycled around the island. the location is excellent and easily accessible, the balcony was a sun trap for relaxing afternoons, and the pool was a welcome cool down after a long day on the bike!
Yulialovely place in a great location. we have visited port de pollença many times and would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. it’s a bit of a walk into town, but not too far. the beach is very close, as are many lovely restaurants. parking was not a problem. nothing to complain about, except maybe that the sofa in the lounge was really uncomfortable. all-in-all, very good

This property suited us as a family of four, overlooking the pool from the lovely big balcony was really good, the place is so well equipped and everything is of good quality, I can’t think of one thing that it needed that it didn’t already have, thank you for a wonderful stay!

HelenWe had an incredible time here, the apartment is very spacious and has everything you need a more. 20-25 min walk up to the port with nice views on the way. we also had a lovely meal at the swing restaurant which is less than 2 mins walk away! we will book again for sure!

Should I decide to book accommodation with you how do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account. Due to greedy bank charges we do charge a 0.5% supplement on credit card payments.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.
I would like to buy a property in Mallorca soon but I do not want to be bombarded with offers or pressurized.
You have my total commitment not to contact you unless we really do have a property which matches your requirements. Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs. Let us know how we can help.
Our taxi drivers also offer free child seats.
