It is with great pleasure and excitement that I offer this luxury villa rental in Alcudia. It is ideal for the most discerning of guests. This property is available for stays of 31 nights or more. It offers a fabulous opportunity to enjoy the Mallorcan way of life, work abroad for an extended time or maybe offers enough time time for you to search for your own dream property on the Island. Sadly, it is not currently available during July and August.
This is not a tourist rental therefore tourist services are not provided.
This property can be offered as a 3 bedroom or a 5 bedroom villa. It is located in an exclusive elevated position off the Palma to Alcudia road, close to the garden centre Bisanyes. This beautifully furnished and equipped villa offers impressive countryside views across to the Bay of Pollensa. It also offers extreme privacy and security. Enter via the electric gates and head along the impressive palm tree flanked driveway.
Interior
Stone steps lead up to the front entrance hall of this luxury villa rental in Alcudia. Double glass doors lead into the beautiful air conditioned lounge bathed in natural light from the 3 windows. A panoramic window boasts breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and the Bay of Pollensa. Several sofas offer a variety of seating areas whilst guests relax with a book, a drink or watch their favourite programmes on the large flat screen TV. Side patio doors lead out to to the main covered terrace and swimming pool.
The spacious fully fitted kitchen has a convenient breakfast table too. As you would expect the kitchen is well equipped allowing the preparation of family meals. 5 hob gas cooker and oven, double fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, walk in despensor etc. A private chef would be comfotable preparing special meals for your guests should you wish. (advance booking is essential). A side door leads to a pretty terrace which is a perfect spot to contemplate the day ahead. A wall mounted TV is also available.
Heading along the hallway we reach a guest shower room leading to a laundry room and an impressive stone staircase.
Huge floor to ceiling patio doors lead out to the spacious covered terrace with relaxed seating and the swimming pool terrace too. Views of the garden can be enjoyed from here too.
First Floor
The staircase leads to the first floor which boasts stunning countryside and garden views. Here we find three double bedrooms and two bathrooms in this luxury villa rental in Alcudia.
The Master suite boasts a very spacious bedroom with double bed, en suite four piece bathroom and a private terrace offering spectacular views across to the Bay of Pollensa. A wonderful spot to enjoy your early morning coffee or a late nightcap under the stars.
Two further double bedrooms share a family 4 piece bathroom with bath with shower overhead. All 3 bedrooms offer air conditioning, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes. At the end of the hallway is a stunning furnished office which is a perfect area to catch up on some work if you can pull your eyes away from the stunning views from the private terrace. (or remove yourself from the beautiful chaise longue)
Lower Ground Floor
The cool lower ground floor offers guests an equipped gym complete with weights, wobble board, pilates ball, running machine, double trainer and a rower as well as yoga mats. Guests are reminded that the use of these items are at their own risk. They are strictly for interior and adult use only. A double shower room ensures guests return upstairs to the family feeling fresh. Finally a spacious pool/billiards room is located on this floor too. Adult supervision at all times is required.
Exterior
The exterior grounds of this luxury villa rental in Alcudia are a paradise. The well maintened lawns and gardens offer relaxation and beauty, attracting a variety of birds to serenade you every morning. There is a garage and outside parking for several cars. The pool area is a delight with sunbeds surrounding the 10m x 5m large swimming pool. It is surrounded by sun terraces. The additional covered terraces offer dining and seating options in the shade. A beautiful relaxing place to enjoy the views and nature. A perfect spot for pre dinner drinks and also a wonderful entertaining space.
Additional two en suite bedroom area
At the end of the hallway on the ground floor a door leads into a Beautiful self contained 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit which also offers a lounge and fitted kitchen. This is a perfect option for elderly parents, extended family or maybe staff. It offers guests some private space but with the same fabulous finishings as the main house.
A fully fitted kitchen/diner has beautiful wooden doors opening into a small lounge boasting fabulous garden views and patio doors leading out to a terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The wrought iron dining table and chairs provide perfect dining conditions.
The generous sleeping quarters offer one bedroom with a king size bed and a luxury full bathroom complete with a corner bath. The 2nd bedroom offers twin beds and an en suite shower room. Both bedrooms offer hot/cold air conditioning, ceiling fans, fitted wardrobes.
Rental Prices
We offer two seperate prices, depending on whether the beautiful 2 bedroom unit is included.
The 3 bedroom/3 bathroom property is 14,500€ per month plus the electricity and gasoil costs
The 5 bedroom/5 bathroom property is 19,500€ per month plus the electricity and gasoil costs.
We will charge a 2000€ security deposit on a credit card for month long stays. 2500€ for longer stays. This is refundable, minus the electricity charge and any damages. The owners welcome well behaved pets at their discretion.
The property has gasoil central heating for cooler months. Efficient hot/cold air conditioning throughout too.
Free reliable fast WIFI is naturally available throughout the property. The maintence of the pool and garden are included in the monthly rental. Guests are expected to use the facilities with respect and understanding.

Some of our villas do insist on a Saturday arrival however the majority of our properties do offer flexible arrival days and lengths of stays. Please check the property description for any restrictions.
Should I decide to book accommodation with you how do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account. Due to greedy bank charges we do charge a 0.5% supplement on credit card payments.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.
I would like to buy a property in Mallorca soon but I do not want to be bombarded with offers or pressurized.
You have my total commitment not to contact you unless we really do have a property which matches your requirements. Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
