A perfect choice for the most discerning clients.  An elevated location at the foot of the Puig de Maria it offers spectacular views across  Pollensa and the Tramuntana mountains.  An easy 5 min drive to Pollensa Golf or 10 mins drive to Puerto Pollensa or Cala San Vicente. Gates lead into the private grounds.  Only available high season.

This fabulous villa sleeps 6 plus a baby. A free cot and highchair is available on request.  A car is not essential in this property.

Large glass doors and windows ensure that the mediterrean light floods into this spacious property.  It is designer furnished and well equipped.  Modern appliances ensure the comfort of its summer guests.  Naturally the property has efficient air conditioning throughout.  it is an easy walk into town for the varied selection of restaurants.  The difficulty may be in leaving this stunning villa.

Interior

The beautiful lounge/diner boasts pool and garden views.  Comfortable sofas and occasional chairs, basic sat TV and reliable WIFI ensure you stay in touch with family and friends. Large patio doors lead out to the covered terrace with seating area.  A couple of steps lead down to a stunning designer fitted kitchen/diner. It is very well equipped.  Further patio doors lead out to the front garden and pool. Preparing exquisite meals here will be easy.  Why not book a private chef for a special evening or two? However, advance booking will be essential. To be honest al fresco dinners will never be the same again. The relaxing atmosphere and views are breathtaking and add to the experience. Off the lounge is a convenient shower room and seperate laundry room with a door out to the barbecue area.

An abstract modern staircase leads to the first floor. All three bedrooms offer air conditioning on a timer, wardrobes and wonderful views. Overlooking the front of the house is the Master bedroom offering a king size bed and en-suite luxury shower room.  It boasts patio doors to a front terrace with steps down to the garden. A delightful free standing bath sits in a corner of the bedroom.  A further double bedroom offers a Queen size bed and terrace with steps down to the garden. The third pretty bedroom has twin beds for convenience.   The family shower room completes the first floor accommodation.

Exterior

This luxury holiday villa within walking distance of Pollensa Mallorca enjoys a generous 5000m2 of land.  Spectacular landscape gardens surround the property. Visitors love the attractive 10m x 4m infinity swimming pool overlooking Pollensa. The depths of the pool are approx. 1.15m to 1.90m.  For convenience Roman steps lead into the shallow end. To the side of the pool an outbuilding boasts an amazing 6 seater jacuzzi. It does not get much more romantic than this!

Off the ktichen is a store room and an exterior shower room.  To the side of the lounge is a beautiful covered summer kitchen with barbeue and dining facilities.

A car is not necessary in this luxury holiday villa within walking distance of Pollensa Mallorca.  However, there is parking for several cars. The immaculate grounds offer amazing views of Pollensa and the mountains.  It offers plenty of terraces to contemplate these stunning views.

This luxury holiday villa within walking distance of Pollensa Mallorca does not accept groups of guests under 30 years old.    Due to the limited availablility early booking will be essential.  Saturday arrival and departure only.

Prices do not include Balearic Tourist Tax.  Beach towels and a welcome food pack are provided.  A cot and highchair are available on request.  Saturday arrival and departure only. Prices do not include compulsory 11€ per person per stay accidental breakage waiver. 

The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival in this property.
