This 3 bedroom holiday apartment with a communal pool in Puerto Pollensa is just a 3 minute walk to a safe sandy beach with crystal clear waters making Llennaire Beach a fantastic choice for a family holiday.  Located in a quiet residential area the building only has a few neighbours.  Furthermore, several popular restaurants, a sandy beach, beach bar and a childrens park are a very short walk away.  The property sleeps 6 and a baby, a free travel cot and highchair are available on request.

This immaculate top floor apartment is very comfortable and overlooks the attractive communal pool.  Enter into the hallway leading to the attractive lounge diner. Comfortable seating, dining table and chairs, UK TV, hot/cold air conditioning and efficient WIFI.  Patio doors lead out to the balcony which has a small table and chairs  overlooking the inviting communal pool. Guests love al fresco dining soaking up the peaceful atmosphere.  A modern fitted kitchen with new appliances ( installed in 2021) is well equipped. For convenience a laundry area with a washing machine leads off the kitchen.  For this reason self catering is easy and enjoyable.

The new owners have kindly added a small printer for adult usage.  Ideal for printing out your boarding passes.

Sleeping Quarters

Along to the sleeping quarters of this three bedroom holiday apartment with communal pool Puerto Pollensa.  One twin bedroom with efficient ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes and en suite shower room.   Another attractive twin bedroom boasts fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and air conditioning.  Finally the double bedroom has air conditioning, ceiling fan and patio doors out to the balcony. A free safe is provided in one of the bedrooms. Finally a family bathroom completes the accomodation.  All windows and exterior doors have been replaced in the last 18 months now offering quality white pvc frames and double glazing.

The crystal clear communal pool is perfect for cooling off after a hot day on the safe sandy beach.  It is surrounded by a solarium and has Roman steps for easy access.  The adjoining small pool for toddlers is a real bonus for young families.  As the pool is for the exclusive use of residents it is often a wonderful quiet haven.

Just 3 minutes walk to the safe sandy beach and an easy 20 min stroll along the sea front leads to the Marina, excellent restaurants, souvenir shops, bustling hotels and bars.  In the afternoons and evenings, much of this wide flat promenade is pedestrianised, making it a most enjoyable and easy walk. There are plenty of taxis available at the end of the evening if you prefer, ideal if you have worn out youngsters or older family members.

On booking we require a 30% deposit.  The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival.  A handful of villas require the balance earlier.  Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances.  It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.

What does your property management service consist of?Reveal

We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to.  Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.

What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?Reveal

All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number.  Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.
