This 3 bedroom holiday apartment with a communal pool in Puerto Pollensa is just a 3 minute walk to a safe sandy beach with crystal clear waters making Llennaire Beach a fantastic choice for a family holiday. Located in a quiet residential area the building only has a few neighbours. Furthermore, several popular restaurants, a sandy beach, beach bar and a childrens park are a very short walk away.

The property sleeps 6 and a baby, a free travel cot and highchair are available on request. A car is not necessary in this property.
This immaculate top floor apartment is very comfortable and overlooks the attractive communal pool. Enter into the hallway leading to the attractive lounge diner. Comfortable seating, dining table and chairs, UK TV, hot/cold air conditioning and efficient WIFI. Patio doors lead out to the balcony which has a small table and chairs overlooking the inviting communal pool. Guests love al fresco dining soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. A modern fitted kitchen with new appliances (installed in 2021) is well equipped. For convenience a laundry area with a washing machine leads off the kitchen. For this reason self catering is easy and enjoyable.
The new owners have kindly added a small printer for adult usage. Ideal for printing out your boarding passes.
Sleeping Quarters
Along to the sleeping quarters of this three bedroom holiday. One twin bedroom with efficient ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes and en suite shower room. Another attractive twin bedroom boasts fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Finally the double bedroom has air conditioning, ceiling fan and patio doors out to the balcony. A free safe is provided in one of the bedrooms. Finally a family bathroom completes the accomodation. All windows and exterior doors have been replaced in the last 18 months now offering quality pvc frames and double glazing.
The crystal clear communal pool has easy access steps and is surrounded by a solarium, perfect for cooling off after a hot day on the beach. The adjoining small pool for toddlers is a real bonus for young families. As the pool is for the exclusive use of residents it is often a wonderful quiet haven.
Just 3 minutes walk to the safe sandy beach and an easy 20 min stroll along the sea front leads to the Marina, excellent restaurants, souvenir shops, bustling hotels and bars. In the afternoons and evenings, much of this wide flat promenade is pedestrianised, making it a most enjoyable and easy walk. There are plenty of taxis available at the end of the evening if you prefer, ideal if you have worn out youngsters or older family members.

very much enjoyed our stay. perfectly placed for our preferences. host was responsive and informative. the flat had great amenities and the pool was an added bonus at such a high temperature in late september. i would recommend without hesitation.

Jacquelinewe had a glorious stay. the apartment has everything you could need—jan has thought of everything. she even arranged our airport transfer. we loved the location, it was slightly away from the town but it was perfectly quiet and ideal for families. there were two lovely restaurants, a spar and a great playground. the sea was shallow and crystal clear. this was our first holiday as a family of four and it couldn’t have been more family friendly and easy. we’re already planning our return trip! a final note on jan: she is amazing. my son was poorly before we arrived and she went out of her way to make sure the apartment was safe for him. we are so grateful and all managed to make some special mallorca memories

Marekbeautifully clean and well equipped apartment, with good kitchen equipment and very comfortable beds. the balcony was smaller than expected - fine for two to eat outside, but no more unless you want to sit in a row as the balcony is narrow.clean swimming pool and surrounding area, with loungers available. disappointing that the pool was closed between 3 and 5pm, so better for people who prefer the beach in the afternoon. lots of shade around the pool, so suited me as i prefer to sit in the shade.great location - really peaceful and close to the beach. about a 25 minute walk into the main part of town, but there are a couple of really nice restaurants close by. its also close to a bus stop.all the arrangements were very well explained and communicated.

Should I decide to book accommodation with you how do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account. Due to greedy bank charges we do charge a 0.5% supplement on credit card payments.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.
I would like to buy a property in Mallorca soon but I do not want to be bombarded with offers or pressurized.
You have my total commitment not to contact you unless we really do have a property which matches your requirements. Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs. Let us know how we can help.
Our taxi drivers also offer free child seats.
