This fabulous townhouse with a communal pool is available for monthly rentals in Puerto Pollensa, offering comfortable accommodation and is conveniently located just one road back from the spectacular seafront. The area of Llennaire Beach is considered the best beach of Puerto Pollensa with clear water and a wide sandy beach.  The townhouse offers accommodation over 3 floors and is a perfect choice for an extended stay in Puerto Pollensa.

Secure storage for bikes is also available, making this property an ideal choice if you wish to enjoy some serious training in Mallorca.

This property sleeps 6 plus a baby.  A car is not necessary when renting this property.

The family have decided to offer their second home for others to enjoy when they are unable to use it.  It is a perfect base for someone who is having a reform completed in their own home or maybe searching for their own dream property.   Reliable fibra optic WIFI is available ensuring tenants can easily work from the property.

The property will be available from January to mid April 2027 for stays of between 31 and 90 nights.   The pool will not be available during these winter dates.  Other dates from September 2026 with a minimum of 31 nights are on request.

Interior

Not all properties in Mallorca are suitable for `off season´ renting however new `Mitsubishi Electric´ air conditioning keeps this property warm during the winter and spring months.  The owners have advised that the floors have a 4mm vinyl laid on top of a 3mm latex floor which also helps with the insulation.  No cold ceramic floors in the mornings!!

The interior is modern, bright and homely.  A few steps lead up to the front door which opens into an attractive lounge/diner.  Comfortably furnished with a huge corner sofa, dining table and chairs and a smart TV offering a selection of UK channels.  An additional electric heater is installed too.

The fully fitted modern kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances including a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.  Patio doors lead out to the fabulous decked terrace which overlooks the communal pool. A guest cloakroom is located on the ground floor too.

Stairs lead down from the lounge to the basement garage which is used for bike storage only.

Two spacious air conditioned bedrooms are located on the first floor.  A twin bedroom and a double bedroom with a King size bed and en suite shower room.  A family bathroom completes the accommodation on this floor.

The air conditioned Master bedroom occupies the top floor and has a King size bed and patio doors to a small private terrace overlooking the pool.  There is even a glimpse of the sea and La Fortalesa. Additionally a twin bedroom (beds can be prepared as a double on request) is on this top floor.  The interior accommodation is completed by a large family bathroom with bath and shower.

Exterior

The owners have made a little piece of paradise from the rear terrace which overlooks the communal pool.  Wooden decking adds a rustic feel to the area which twinkles after dark due to the attractive lighting.  A few sunbeds and a terrace dining table and chairs means this space is used extensively for family meals or relaxation.  Sails provide shade which is often needed even in the winter months.

A gate leads to the excellent communal pool which is for the exclusive use of residents of this community of townhouses.  Surrounded by sun terraces the pool boasts a shallow toddler area too. The pool is only available for swimming from April to October.

The large garage in the basement of this property is perfect to store bikes, but is not suitable for a car.

Rental Prices (prices in euros)

The property is currently available from January to mid April 2027, however other dates may be available on request and from September 2026. Bookings do not have to be calender months but must be for a minimum of 31 nights.  No tourist services are offered.

A 1000€ security deposit will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival.
Electric is charged at 0.35€ per KW.
Cleaning is not included during your stay as this is not a tourist rental. The property must be returned in the same condition as received.
Small well behaved dogs will be considered on request. They must sleep in their own beds and not climb on the furniture or bark so as not to disturb the neighbours.

Should I decide to book accommodation with you how do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?Reveal

On booking we require a 30% deposit.  The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival.  A handful of villas require the balance earlier.  Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.  Due to greedy bank charges we do charge a 0.5% supplement on credit card payments.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?Reveal

We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances.  It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.

What does your property management service consist of?Reveal

We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to.  Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.

What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?Reveal

All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number.  Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated.  We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals.  For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance.  Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.  Let us know how we can help.

Our taxi drivers also offer free child seats.
