I am delighted to offer this family holiday villa with heated pool located in the popular Llennaire area of Puerto Pollensa.  The two storey house offers three air conditioned bedrooms with a safe wrap around garden and a fabulous pool at the front.  This property offers great privacy in a secluded location by the safe sandy beach.

This property is successfully managed by Parasol Property Mallorca.

This comfortable villa sleeps 6 plus a baby.  A free cot and highchair are provided. A car is useful but not essential in this property.   There is easy parking at the front door should you have a car.  A short  5mins walk takes you to the stunning seafront. A fabulous spot to catch the sunrise before breakfast.

A 25 mins flat walk along the sea front takes you to the marina area.  There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within a 10mins walk too.

Enter into the front garden via a locked gate.  The garden path leads you to the covered porch and front entrance door.

Interior

The bright high ceiled entrance hall with guest cloakroom has the staircase to the first floor. Glass french doors lead into the spacious lounge/diner/kitchen.  The lounge/diner has comfortable seating, a feature fireplace, dining table and chairs, Smart TV and of course, reliable WIFI. Two pairs of french doors lead out to the covered porch and pool area.  A beautiful stone arch seperates the fully fitted and well equipped kitchen.  It boasts, for your convenience, an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.  It is well equipped making the preparation of family meals easy.  A breakfast table and chairs is an ideal spot for early childrens meals. The laundry room, housing the washing machine,  leads off the kitchen and boasts a door leading out to a terrace with an additional dining area and barbecue.  Steps lead down to the lawned rear garden and sunbeds.

Returning to the entrance hall there is an air conditioned twin bedroom and adjacent full bathroom. The bathroom boasts a heated towel rail.  This is maybe an ideal bedroom for Grandparents if you are travelling as an extended family.  French doors lead out to the front garden.

The attractive staircase leads to two additional bedrooms.  A pretty twin bedroom and a double bedroom.  Both bedrooms offer fitted wardrobes and efficient air conditioning.  The double bedroom boasts french doors to a secluded private terrace with countryside views. A perfect spot for a nightcap under the stars.  Finally a family shower room completes the first floor accommodation.

Exterior

To the front of the house is the fabulous swimming pool with Roman steps for easy access.  With advance booking and payment of a supplement this pool can be heated off season.  An easy to operate cover is available to ensure the heat stays in the pool.  6 sunbeds surround the pool for your comfort.  An exterior shower sits alongside the pool.

A covered porch provides a fabulous shady space for al fresco dining overlooking the swimming pool.

Immaculate lawns are at the side and rear of the property with further occasional seating and 4 sunbeds for your comfort.  This is ideal as it allows everyone to find their private space.  It is great for young children too.

This really is a perfect spot to enjoy a family holiday, or for those that love their own space, privacy and tranquilty.

Rental Rates (weekly prices in euros)

Prices do not include the Balearic tourist tax.  Pool towels are provided.  Small welcome bag on arrival.

Entry into the property is after 1600hrs. Vacation is by 1000hrs. Flexible arrival days.

Mid stay clean/laundry change for stays of 14 nights.

Pool heating is charged at 35€ per night and payable in advance.
