I am delighted to (once again) offer this fabulous family holiday villa in Puerto Pollensa. The property has new owners who have kindly placed their confidence in me to find suitable families looking to enjoy a relaxing stay at this modern villa located in the residential area of Gommar, Puerto Pollensa.
The new owners are a local family and they have prepared the villa with lots of care and attention to detail to ensure that your stay is enjoyable.
Located in a popular, quiet residential area a car is beneficial but not essential. Bikes would be ideal for those of you who love to cycle around the resort. Easy free parking infront of the villa.
This family holiday villa offers 3 air conditioned bedrooms on the first floor along with 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms boast patio doors to a first floor terrace overlooking the pool and garden area.
This attractive modern property sleeps 6 plus a baby. A free cot and highchair are available on request. A car is not essential but useful.
Interior
A family holiday villa in Puerto Pollensa offering a bright airy interior and ample space for everyone. Enter into the large lounge/dining area with windows overlooking the pool and terraces. A fully furnished and well equipped kitchen/diner tends to be the hub of the property. It has everything you need to cater for the family during your stay, including an American size fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Guests love sitting at the breakfast table planning the day. Comfortable sofas in the lounge area are perfect for simply reading a book or relaxing. The property naturally offers reliable fibra optic WIFI. An unusual bonus feature is the interior air conditioned cinema with a huge 75¨wall mounted smart TV where you can connect to your netflix account to enjoy a great film or the childrens favourite cartoons. Do not forget the popcorn!
A convenient cloakroom is found on the ground floor alongside the staircase. A side door leads out to a pretty shady terrace with a hammock, an ideal spot for the siesta.
The attractive staircase leads to the first floor sleeping quarters. A Master double bedroom with en suite shower room and patio doors leading out to a private terrace offering peaceful views. The terrace has steps leading down to the front garden and gate. Two pretty twin bedrooms share a further terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The first floor terraces are ideal for a romantic night-cap under the stars! All three bedrooms offer hot/cold air conditioning for your comfort. The first floor is completed with an additional small family shower room.
Exterior
The exterior is a delight with a kidney shaped swimming pool along with several terraces for al fresco meals. The pool is approx. 8m x 3ms and has a depth of approx. 1.40m throughout. A shower is provided alongside the pool. for rinsing off the suncream.
Along the side of the house you can find a seating area along with a dining table and chairs for those relaxing evening meals. A brick built barbecue ensures that you can enjoy an evening home around the pool with some grilled specialities. Some attractive flower pots provide a splash of colour in this relaxing area too.
This really is a perfect spot to enjoy a family holiday, or for those that love their own space and tranquilty.

Some of our villas do insist on a Saturday arrival however the majority of our properties do offer flexible arrival days and lengths of stays. Please check the property description for any restrictions.
Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.
I would like to buy a property in Mallorca soon but I do not want to be bombarded with offers or pressurized.
You have my total commitment not to contact you unless we really do have a property which matches your requirements. Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
