The property is currently offered for stays of 31 – 90 nights. This is not a holiday rental and no tourist services are provided. This 5 bedroom traditional villa offering privacy for extended stays is ideal for winter or summer rentals. It offers heated floors or air conditioning ensuring guests comfort. Naturally reliable WIFI is offered too, allowing tenants to work or stay in contact with family and friends.
Interior
A spacious lounge/diner with beamed ceilings has double aspect windows and doors to the exterior. Off the lounge lead to two seperate sleeping areas. On one side we access the large fully fitted and well equipped kitchen/diner. It offers all modern appliances to ensure family meals can be prepared with ease. A breakfast table is a perfect spot for the early morning coffee. A door leads to a coxy seating area and home office which in turn leads along to two attractive double bedrooms and two shower rooms. Both rooms have wardrobes and air conditioning.
The other side of the lounge two doors lead to a further sleeping area. ·3 steps lead down to a bright triple bedroom with pool views and french doors leading out to the terrace. This bedroom boasts fully fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Leading off the lounge is a beautiful double bedroom with en suite luxury bathroom. This bathroom boasts both a bath and walk in shower. Both bedrooms offer air conditioning.

Rental prices do not include any cleaning service during the rental period. A 350€ final clean will be charged. Pool towels are provided. Flexible dates, the reservation does not have to be calender months, it is possible to book mid february to mid march, for example.
Weekly pool and garden maintenence is included. Electricity is charged at 0.35€ per kw.
A 1500€ security deposit will be due 7 days prior to your arrival.
A 20% discount can be offered for stays of more than 8 weeks. Flexible arrival and departure days.

Some of our villas do insist on a Saturday arrival however the majority of our properties do offer flexible arrival days and lengths of stays. Please check the property description for any restrictions.
Should I decide to book accommodation with you how do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account. Due to greedy bank charges we do charge a 0.5% supplement on credit card payments.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
