Wow!  If you are planning an informal event with friends or extended family then look no further.  This exclusive 12 bedroom holiday villa just outside Palma Mallorca will tick all your boxes.  With impressive views of the Sierra de Tramuntana the villa is located in a pretty village at the beginning of the spectacular mountain range with Establishments Esporles nearby offering some excellent restaurants.

Just 15mins from Palma airport or to the famous Paseo Maritimo in Palma, a regular bus service runs from in front of the villa into the centre of Palma.  Minibus transfers can be arranged  for airport transfers and day or night excursions.

This exclusive 12 bedroom holiday villa just outside Palma Mallorca is very spacious… over 800m2 for guests to enjoy.  There is attention to detail to ensure the guest experience is next to none.  This property is an ideal choice for golfers, cyclists, yoga retreats, pamper weeks, corporate events, special birthday or event celebrations with family or friends.

Bedrooms

Everyone is offered a quality ensuite bedroom and they are all exceptional. All bedrooms have a double bed with quality linen and towels, wall mounted Smart TV with satelite connection, Netflix, safe, hairdryer, hot/cold air conditioning.  Harmonious decor ensures a relaxing night.

There are 3 bedroom types  offering 4 identical bedrooms. On the entrance floor are 4 bedrooms with 140cms beds and a feature roll top bathtub.  On the first floor are 4 bedrooms with 140cms beds, walk in showers and a pretty private terrace overlooking the swimming pool and mountain views.  Finally on the lower ground floor are 4 extra spacious bedrooms with 160cms beds, walk in shower and a beautiful chaise longue for relaxation. There is a room for a cot in these bedrooms.

Communal areas

The villa offers a well equipped kitchen complete with several large fridges, vitro ceramic hob, electric oven, 2 dishwashers, professional toasters, coffee machines and microwaves.  The adjacent dining space has a stunning dining table which seats 14 guests comfortably. For convenience there is a cloakroom here as well.   Private chefs can be booked to suit your requirements (advance booking essential)

On the lower ground floor a spacious lounge area with bar, fridge, etc. (bar/cocktail person can be hired for an event or wine tasting for groups etc)  The lounge has a wall mounted TV with hotel mode. It is a great space for relaxing and chatting with friends.  This is where the well equipped gym is located, offering a treadmill, 3 static bikes and 2 weight stands, pilates ball.  There is an area here dedicated to bike storage with space for 12 bikes and cycle maintenance.  A small room is available for massages (pre booking essential), this could also be used for facials etc during a pamper week.

Also on this floor is a laundry room with several washing machines, dryer and an iron.

Exterior

During the summer much of your time at this exclusive 12 bedroom holiday villa will be spent enjoying the stunning swimming pool.  The salt water pool, 9m x 5m, with a depth of 1.60m has easy access via Roman steps, with sunbeds and a Balinese bed.  There is an impressive chill out area with sofas and a pool bar which you can stock with all your favourite drinks, a gas barbecue and another fridge, this space is designed for you to disconnect and relax during your holiday or celebration in Mallorca.

This unique villa is available throughout the year, except Christmas/New year.  It is a family owned villa and the owners attention to detail can be seen throughout the property. The owners are available to you throughout your stay for any assistance you may require.  Additional cleaning can be provided for a supplement.

We can arrange the stay to match your personal requirements.  Just ask.  We cannot accept groups of people under 25 years old.  Events/celebrations are at the discretion of the management and should be discussed at the time of booking.  This is a strictly no smoking property.

Rental Prices (weekly rates)

The above standard rate for Season 2026 is valid for up to 14 guests, after that a supplement will be applied of 75€ per person, per night. Payments by secure credit card link or bank transfer.

The above standard rate for Season 2027 is valid for up to 14 guests, after that a supplement will be applied of 85€ per person, per night. Payments by secure credit card link or bank transfer.

Prices include the Balearic Tourist Tax.  A security deposit of 500€ is to be collected on arrival.

A deposit of 25% is required on booking with the balance due 9 weeks prior to your arrival.  

In the event of cancellation 60 days before arrival day, the total amount of the reservation will be charged, the same charge will be applied in the event of a no show.

Maximium 4 infants with cot and highchair free of charge.

We can accept up to 24 people, but please be aware that the villa has 12 bedrooms all with double beds that cannot be split up, but an extra bed can be made available on request at time of booking.
