This is a popular 3 bedroom holiday rental in Puerto Pollensa located in the quiet residential area of Siller, with a 10 minute stroll to the sandy beach and amenities, with Eroski supermarket being just 100m from the villa. The semi detached villa enjoys views of the nearby mountains, has a circular private swimming pool and a fresh interior.

The villa sleeps 6 and a baby, a free cot and highchair are available on request.  A car is not necessary.


The interior of this holiday villa is airy with parquet flooring throughout. The spacious lounge/diner has comfortable sofas, feature fireplace and a flat screen TV with French doors lead out to the furnished covered terrace.   An archway leads into the formal dining area which seats 6.  The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped and also offers a breakfast table, a great spot for feeding the youngsters or enjoying an early morning coffee.  At the rear of the villa is a games room equipped with a pool table, and has french doors out to the pool area.  For convenience, a shower room is located adjacent to the games room.

The sleeping quarters of this 3 bedroom holiday rental in Puerto Pollensa offers efficient hot/cold air conditioning. It is available 14 hours a day to ensure correct usage but are individually managed. One spacious double bedroom and 2 pretty twin bedrooms share a full bathroom with a bathtub and corner shower cubicle.  All bedrooms offer wardrobes.


The exterior of this 3 bedroom holiday rental in Puerto Pollensa is very manageable. It is a great sun trap and clients love the private circular swimming pool to cool off. The pool has depths of 1m to 2m and is surrounded by sun terraces with sunbeds.  A purpose built barbecue alongside the pool ensures al fresco meals are a success.  The villa provides several dining opportunties.  Maybe enjoy a pre dinner drink at the front of the house catching the distant sunset.   With a great selection of restaurants closeby this provides for a very relaxing holiday where you can stroll into the Marina or church square.

Should you have a car, although it is not necessary, there is easy secure free parking at the property.

On booking we require a 30% deposit.  The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival.  A handful of villas require the balance earlier.  Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?Reveal

We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances.  It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.

What does your property management service consist of?Reveal

We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to.  Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.

What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?Reveal

All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number.  Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.
