WOW! I am delighted to offer this luxury 5 bedroom villa for monthly rentals.  This modern 2 storey property is located in the sought after area of Boquer, close to the popular Pinewalk in Puerto Pollensa Mallorca.  Managed by Parasol Property Mallorca.

Conveniently, a 5 minute stroll takes you to the safe sandy beach and a selection of quality restaurants, bars and shops.  The fabulous ambience of the church square is just 10mins walk away.

This property comfortably sleeps 10 people plus a baby.  A cot and highchair are available on request.

A car is not necessary in this luxury modern villa however private off street parking is available via the electric gates.

Interior

The secure front gate leads to the distiguished front door opening into the spacious entrance hall with staircase and guest cloakroom. This property boasts bright spacious rooms throughout thanks to the ample doors and windows which allow the outside to flow seemlessly into the interior.  This stunning villa offers hot/cold air conditioning throughout ensuring it is a great choice for an extended stay any time of the year. Naturally reliable WIFI is available too.

A comfortable lounge area with*ample seating and a flat screen smart TV with Amazon Firestick runs into the fabulous kitchen/diner. (*we now boast a brand new huge corner sofa).   The modern fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with white goods and perfect for preparing family meals or entertaining.  The kitchen boasts two ovens, an American style fridge/freezer with ice dispensor, a dishwasher, a nespresso, an electric hob on the centre island, wine cooler and spacious work surfaces.  A dedicated filtered water tap ensures you do not have to buy bottles of water.  The dining area is conveniently placed with dining table and chairs for 10.   With advance notice you could book a private chef to prepare a gastronomic delight should you be celebrating a special day during your stay. This way you can enjoy a relaxing evening without having to leave this fabulous property!  A convenient laundry room is located off the kitchen complete with washing machine and dryer. There is lockable access to the basement garage too.

Conveniently, no less than 3 sets of french doors lead outside from the lounge/dining area to the large covered terrace which is ideal for al fresco dining and enjoys stunning pool views.  An equipped laundry area is also located off the kitchen complete with washing machine and dryer.  This boasts a door to a rear terrace with washing line and wc.

Conveniently, one bedroom is to be found on the ground floor.   The compact double bedroom with en suite shower room  offers air conditioning, fitted wardrobe.

A stone staircase leads to the first floor from the entrance hall.  Three fabulous bedrooms with french doors leading out to the furnished terrace overlooking the gleaming swimming pool.   Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom boast comfortable beds with en suite modern shower rooms, fitted wardrobes and of course air conditioning for your comfort. The final twin bedroom with en suite shower room has a window to the rear of the building.

On the first floor hallway is a convenient work station should you have to spend a little time working.

Exterior

The exterior of this luxury 5 bedroom villa for monthly rentals is a delight.  An inviting salt water swimming pool of  12 m  x  4 m boasts Roman steps for easy access.  Depths range from a shallow 60cms to 180cms.  The pool is surrounded by a spacious furnished solarium making it a perfect spot to soak up the Mallorcan sun from the sunbeds.  For your convenience, and to help keep the pool water clear, a shower is located to the side of the pool too. 

The large shady terrace surrounding two sides of the villa offers al fresco dining for 10 and easy seating overlooking the pool.  An ideal spot to enjoy a great book.  No property in Mallorca is complete without a barbecue so a gas barbecue provides relaxed and fun `cooking´ at home experiences.  The local supermarkets offer fresh foods suitably prepared for the grill to keep things simple!

Finally, on the top floor is an (adults) roof top terrace boasting mountain views. This is a perfect spot for a nightcap under the stars.  You can even enjoy views of the Bay of Pollensa twinkling at night.

Monthly rates are variable.  Summer prices are considerably higher due to demand.

NOTE: Cleaning is not included during your stay.  This is not a holiday rental.

Electric is charged at 0.30€ per kw to ensure sensibly usage.  No time restrictions are placed on the air conditioning units.

A refundable 1000€ security damages deposit is required.  No groups of under 25`s.  No smoking inside the property.  No parties.  No groups of under 25´s

Well behaved small pets may be accepted on request.
