This 4 bedroom holiday villa within easy walking distance to Puerto Pollensa beach requires early booking. I love the fabulous location and the easy living that this villa offers. This villa sleeps 8 plus baby. A free cot and highchair are available on request. A car is not necessary in this fabulous holiday villa.
This one level modern holiday villa is set in the popular residential area of Siller. It enjoys the feel of the countryside with the closeness of the resort and beach. Naturally it has a private swimming pool and stunning mountain views. A pretty 15 mins stroll takes you to the heart of this family resort and its restaurants and shops.
Interior
This attractive villa is decorated with cool grey and white tones to create a relaxing environment. The property offers air conditioning throughout and modern parquet flooring. The air conditioning is on a timer to ensure sensible usage. A large covered front porch leads into this 4 bedroom holiday villa within easy walking distance to Puerto Pollensa beach. This is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the views and birdsong. The L shaped front terrace has glass doors offering usage all year round.
An open plan lounge is comfortably furnished with sofas, flat screen TV with international channels, DVD and of course reliable WIFI. The modern, fully fitted kitchen/diner is well equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals. Huge patio doors lead out to the furnished terrace and laundry room. The property is wonderfully light and modern.
The property boasts 4 spacious modern bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. Two bedrooms offer twin beds and two offer double beds. All bedrooms offer fitted wardrobes and air conditioning for your comfort.
Exterior
The front terrace is surrounded by large patio doors which can be opened up fully or closed as you wish. It is a perfect spot to enjoy mediterrean cuisine or additional seating area for the entire family.
The private swimming pool is approx. 9m by 4m and surrounded by sun terraces with sunbeds. Roman steps provide easy access into the shallow end of the pool. Depths are approx. 0.80m to 1.8m. Stunning mountain views can be contemplated from the secluded garden. Immaculate lawns dotted with occcasional palm trees surround the property and provide extra privacy and shade. Naturally a purpose built barbecue is also provided for those stay at home evenings with dips in the pool to keep the chef cool!

This is somewhere special we highly recommended for a wonderful holiday be it a family or group of friends.
This villa is suitable for anyone with walking difficulties and maybe occasional wheelchair users due to the parquet floors, spacious rooms and extra wide door frames. All bedrooms are on the ground floor and have walk in showers. Now booking for 2023. Saturday arrivals only. Final balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
