Offering guests spacious and comfortable holiday accomodation in the centre of the village.  This holiday villa boasts 4 double bedrooms and 3 modern shower rooms. A perfect choice for cyclists or group of friends.  A luxury property where everyone has space to do their own thing. Conveniently located within easy walking distance to the shops and fabulous restaurants that Sineu offers. Sineu has a popular traditional street market every Wednesday. The village sits in the centre of the Island, 10mins drive from the larger town of Inca.  30mins drive to the fabulous beaches of Playa de Muro, Alcudia. Furthermore, an hourly day time train runs to Palma, the capital of Mallorca.

This beautiful property sleeps 8 plus a babyFree cot and highchair are available.  A car is not necessary in this holiday rental.

Interior

The interior of this holiday rental with pool Sineu Mallorca is bright and welcoming.  The fabulous open plan living area with double patio doors  offers a great first impression.  Enter via the traditional wooden doors into a spacious entrance hall.  A ground floor double bedroom with a 1.80m bed is to the right and a modern shower room to the left. This is most convenient if anyone has walking difficulties. Through the stone arch you reach the living area.

A beautiful lounge area with huge sofa, electric flame fire, efficient ceiling fan, 65¨Smart TV. Naturally reliable fibra optic WIFI is available too.  At the far end of the this open plan area is the fully fitted modern kitchen. Offering a useful breakfast bar it is well equipped with all modern appliances including a dishwasher. Infront of the double patio doors is the attractive dining area. Furnished with table and chairs seating 8 and an efficient pellet burning stove for cooler days or nights. The efficient ceiling fan keeps you cool during the summer. The patio doors lead out to the terrace and garden.  Beautifully furnished to enjoy al fresco dining or relaxing on this terrace overlooking the garden.

Stairs lead from the lounge to the first floor.  Here this holiday rental with pool Sineu Mallorca offers 3 further bedrooms and 2 shower rooms.  Two almost identical bedrooms with wooden beamed ceilings and windows to the front of the house.  One bedroom has two single beds. The other has a 1.50m double bed plus a single bed which is ideal if you are travelling with a young child. These two bedrooms share an attractive shower room. A step does lead up to each bedroom. Finally the Master en suite bedroom has a King size bed and en suite shower room. Windows overlook the garden, pool and distant mountains.

All 4 bedrooms offer efficient hot/cold air conditioning.

Exterior

The gardeners begun work on planting some shrubs, trees and flowering plants along with the grass. The garden offers lovely views of the distant Tramuntana mountains. The sunsets are spectacular here. Pride of place is taken with the brand new swimming pool.  It is 8m x 4m and Roman steps provide easy access.  The depths range from 1,05m to 1,70m. The carefully chosen pool tiles blend into the vicinity. The pool area is surrounded by an attractive terrace. This naturally offers sunbeds and parasols

Further terracing is offered from the kitchen and dining area patio doors.  This terrace houses a fabulous barbecue area, along with dining table and chairs for 8 and comfy seating for relaxing with a night-cap. Please note that steps lead down to the pool and garden area.

At the far end of the garden, steps lead down to the garage.  Access to the house can be made from here too. Private parking is available for a small car.  The owner is currently preparing a secure space for cycle storage in this large garage. There is plenty of room to clean and maintain the bikes too.

Some of our villas do insist on a Saturday arrival however the majority of our properties do offer flexible arrival days and lengths of stays. Please check the property description for any restrictions.

Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?Reveal

On booking we require a 30% deposit.  The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival.  A handful of villas require the balance earlier.  Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?Reveal

We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances.  It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.

What does your property management service consist of?Reveal

We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to.  Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.

What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?Reveal

All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number.  Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.
