This luxury holiday villa rental at Mal Pas beach Alcudia is always in great demand.  Just footsteps from the popular coves of Can Joan and San Pere.   My favourite beaches in north Mallorca as they offer golden sands and crystal clear waters.  Stunning views too are enjoyed from these safe beaches which are adjacent to each other.

Alcudia town is a short walk from the villa offering a selection of shops and restaurants.  A lively market is held twice weekly too.  Location! Location!   I am delighted to offer this fabulous villa to my clients once again.

The spacious interior offers quality furnishings and fixtures with an abundance of natural light.  Air conditioning is offered in the lounge and all bedrooms.  The attractive lounge/diner has comfortable seating, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV with limited international channels and reliable free WIFI.  Double patio doors lead out to the lawned garden.

The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances ensuring you are able to cater for the entire family.  A breakfast table is ideal for early morning coffee.  We can arrange for a personal chef for special occasions (supplement payable and advance booking required).  Just imagine enjoying amazing meals without leaving this luxury holiday villa rental at Mal Pas beach Alcudia!  Patio doors lead out from the kitchen to the huge furnished terrace. A useful utility room is located off the kitchen and houses the washing machine.

Conveniently on the ground floor is a twin bedroom and modern shower room with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and a flat screen TV.

The first floor of this fabulous property offers 3 further ensuite bedrooms all with ample wardrobe space and wall mounted tv.  The first double bedroom boasts a large terrace with pool and garden views.  A pretty twin bedroom with ensuite shower room shares this terrace.  Finally, the fabulous master bedroom enjoys an attractive ensuite shower room.  All bedrooms benefit from ample wardrobes and a wall mounted TV.


Such peace and quiet, just the birds singing in the pine trees.  The garden is laid mainly to lawn surrounding the tempting 9.5m x 3m private swimming pool.  The large pool has depths of just 1m rising to 1.45m.  Two step ladders provide entry into the pool whilst the sun terrace offers sunbeds and parasols.  After a day on the fabulous  beach, how wonderful to just stroll back to the luxury holiday villa rental at Mal Pas Alcudia Mallorca for a refreshing dip in the pool.  A shower alongside the pool ensures you keep the pool sand free!  A beautiful seating area at the far end of the garden is ideal to enjoy pre dinner drinks.  A huge covered terrace from the lounge is a perfect setting for dining under the stars.  Clients love to use the barbecue for fun family evenings.

A car is not necessary in this villa, although useful for exploring the Island car parking is available.

Pool towels and welcome food pack are provided.  Saturday to Saturday only.  This property will require early booking to avoid disappoinment

On booking we require a 30% deposit.  The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival.  A handful of villas require the balance earlier.  Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?Reveal

We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances.  It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.

What does your property management service consist of?Reveal

We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to.  Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.

What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?Reveal

All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number.  Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated.  We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals.  For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance.  Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.  Let us know how we can help.
