This ground floor modern holiday apartment in Puerto Pollensa has recently been reformed by its new owners.  It is located in the popular quiet residential area of Pinaret.  It is a short walk to the safe sandy beach. This holiday apartment is a first choice for anyone with walking difficulties as there are no steps.  What´s more guests have use of a pretty communal pool.  The pool is purely for residents of this building and offers furnished sun terraces too.  The apartment has had a very successful first year (2021) and will be in great demand.

This apartment sleeps 2 plus a baby.  A free cot and highchair are available.  A car is not necessary when booking this holiday rental.

The apartment boasts a private patio garden furnished with 2 sunbeds and dining facilities. The interior is fresh and bright as everything is brand new.  A security door leads into the building and the apartment is found along a corrider.  Enter directly into an open plan lounge/diner/kitchen.  The recently fitted kitchen offers a washing machine too.  The lounge enjoys hot/cold air conditioning and has a comfortable sofa bed which is ideal if guests do not want to share a bed.  We can prepare both the bed and sofa bed if advised in advance, although maximum occupancy remains as 2 plus infant.   Patio doors lead out to the terrace and patio garden. For your convenience the owners have installed excellent reliable WIFI and smart TV offering a full package of UK programmes.

The double bedroom has a quality king sized bed and air conditioning in addition to a wardrobe. The bathroom has been beautifully reformed and offers a large walk in shower.

The terrace boasts a table and chairs to ensure you enjoy outdoor dining.  Additionally two comfortable sunloungers and a parasol ensure your comfort in this private patio.  This ground floor modern holiday apartment in Puerto Pollensa enjoys lots of natural light and privacy.  It is well furnished and equipped and a perfect base for a relaxing stay.

The attractive communal pool is also on the ground floor with no steps.  The kidney shaped pool is surrounded by sun terraces with a few sunbeds too.  It boasts a toddlers paddling pool which is very convenient.  Pool depths are 0.80m to 1.50m. The hours of use of the pool are restricted to 0900 to 2000hrs to ensure a peaceful environment.  Beach towels are provided for your use.
