Villas Can Singala has for many years been a popular residential area for second home owners, its prime location makes it a first choice for frequent visitors to Puerto Pollensa. The majority of the properties in this area are one storey which adds to the charm of the area.
Casa Pepe has been enjoyed by three generations as a summer home. Having recently acquired the tourist license the owners have prepared it for holiday rentals. They hope that you will make wonderful memories as they have.
This beach house in Puerto Pollensa sleeps 6 plus a baby, a free cot and highchair are available on request. A car is not necessary in this beach holiday rental.
Interior
Enter into the lounge with comfortable seating, reliable WIFI and a selection of British channels on the flat screen TV and hot/cold air conditioning. Furthermore, an efficient wood burner ensures comfort during the cooler months. This confirms this property as an interesting option for a winter break as well. The fully fitted and well equipped kitchen/diner offers modern white goods. The table and chairs provide a perfect spot for early breakfasts, with a stable style wooden door leading out to the private rear garden.
This pretty holiday villa in the Can Singala area of the Pinewalk in Puerto Pollensa has 3 double bedrooms, sleeping 6 and a baby. One twin bedroom is located off the kitchen/diner and this bedroom will have air conditioning added in November 2024. This boasts comfy new beds and an electric fan. Off the lounge are two additional double bedrooms. One boasts a king size bed and the other has 2 single beds. These two bedrooms offer hot/cold air conditioning. Additionally all three bedrooms have wardrobes and overlook the private rear garden. The bedroom with king size bed has a safe and an en-suite shower room. Finally, a family bathroom completes the interior accommodation.
Note: All 3 bedrooms and the lounge will boast hot/cold air conditioning units for 2025.
Exterior
To the front of the house is a lockable garage with a washing machine and dryer and bike storage, making this holiday villa a popular choice for cyclists when visiting Mallorca. Should you have a car, private parking is available to the front of the property within the gates.
This one storey villa has a wrap around enclosed garden safe for young children. Naturally we provide a couple of sunbeds for soaking up the sun. Al fresco meals are an important part of everyones holiday. We feel it is essential to find a shady spot in high summer and the fig tree is a great spot. Finally, the sunny roof terrace offers a real sun trap or a great place for pre-dinner drinks or a late night cap! It offers splendid mountain views and privacy. We suggest this is an area for adults only.
With just a 100m stroll to the sea you can appreciate the picture perfect views or maybe enjoy a sea front drink on the terrace of the nearby Hotel Illa d´or. The nearby Laguna bar is also a popular family choice, children will love the ambience and large swimming pool whilst also enjoying a long lunch.
The owners kindly provide beach towels for your use, however we request that you leave them laundered for the next clients at the end of your holiday.
NOTE: This lovely property is available in the autumn/winter for monthly rental at 1775€ per month plus electric which is charged at 0.35€ per kw.

Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.
