Accommodation

Steps lead up from the garage through the front garden.  The spacious fully fitted and well equipped kitchen diner is the hub of this beautiful property. It offers everything you need to prepare meals and snacks.   An efficient pellet burner will make the winter nights very cozy.

An arch seperates the kitchen diner from the comfortable lounge with parquet floor.  Sofas, air conditioning, fireplace, TV, music system, free WIFI.  Patio doors lead out to front terrace.
Remaining on the ground floor, at the front of the house, is a bedroom suite.  This includes twin beds with ceiling fan and a seperate seating area.  This has a sofa bed and hot/cold air conditioning. The modern en suite shower room is a great bonus.  Just off the kitchen/dining area is a useful cloakroom.

The first floor of this large family holiday villa with pool Campanet Mallorca offers three twin bedrooms. There is also a family bathroom and a shower room.  The beautiful Master bedroom has a king size bed and seating area. Additionally a fireplace and sliding doors to a private front terrace.  All bedrooms have parquet flooring, hot/cold air conditioning and wardrobes.

Exterior

The exterior of this family holiday villa with pool Campanet Mallorca is a delight.  The front garden has scrubs and pots as you lead up to the entrance.  A beautiful original wooden door leads from the kitchen diner to the rear terrace.  Furnished with purpose built barbecue, terrace table and chairs.  A ping pong table provides hours of fun.

Following down the garden path you reach the fantastic larger than average 12m x 5m swimming pool. Roman steps provide easy access. The beautiful swimming pool offers fantastic views across to the charming village and surrounding countryside. There is a lawned area infront of the pool and further gardens at a lower level.  The garden area is very private.  Feeling as if you are in the middle of the countryside yet just 5mins walk along to the church square. A handful of restaurants, two well stocked supermarkets and chemist are found in the village.

To the side of the pool is the 6th bedroom with en suite shower room.  This room is only unlocked when 11 or more guests have booked the property.

Finally a secure garage to the front of the house provides great parking for three cars or your bikes.  This villa is a popular and excellent choice for cyclists.  There are many cycling routes in the area.

Prices include Balearic Tourist Tax.  350€ security deposit.  Flexible arrival dates.

A 100€ cleaning fee is to be added to the final balance.

Prices are for maximum 8 persons.  Additional guests are charged 23€ per night per person.

Beach towels are provided. Local wine and bottled water are provided for your arrival.
