Located in the much sought after area of Llennaire this 4 bedroom holiday villa at Puerto Pollensa beach will be in great demand.  Located close to Villa Pedro, Casa Alexander and Villa Cristal it is an interesting option for the extra large extended family.  A couple of minutes stroll leads you to the safe sandy beach and clear waters. It is a perfect spot for beach lovers.  A couple of popular restaurants along with a beach bar and a childrens play area are located here too.  Guests love the stroll along the promenade to the Marina, passing a huge selection of shops and restaurants along the way.  Soaking up the spectacular views of the Bay of Pollensa the walk takes around 20 mins.  It is a wide flat promenade so very easy for pushchairs and wheelchairs.  There are benches lining the promenade allowing you to sit and rest should you wish.

Interior

The entrance hall boasts a sweeping marble staircase to the first floor.  Conveniently a guest cloakroom is to be found here too. The bright comfortable lounge with double aspect windows has several sofas. French doors lead out to the terrace.   An arch leads through to the attractive formal dining room, which overlooks the stunning swimming pool and garden.

The hub of this 4 bedroom holiday villa at Puerto Pollensa beach is the huge kitchen/diner. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need to cater for a large family.  A useful breakfast bar offers a lovely spot for an early morning coffee.  One end of this sunny room is dedicated to a comfortable seating area, close to the traditional wood burner.  A wall mounted TV offers International channels and DVD Player for your entertainment. An adjacent laundry room houses the washing machine. French doors lead out from the kitchen to a large furnished terrace. It offers a perfect shaded spot for al fresco dining for all the family.

The 4 air-conditioned bedrooms are to be found on the first floor. Choose between two pretty twin bedrooms or a double bedroom with garden views. These 3 bedrooms share a refurbished family shower room.  The Master double bedroom boasts an en suite modern shower room. The air conditioning is on timer to ensure senisble usage.

Exterior

The impressive two storey stone villa is surrounded by immaculate lawns at the front of the property. The rear garden boasts the beautiful swimming pool. Spacious sun terraces, furnished with sunbeds and parasols, offer a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sunshine.  The larger than average swimming pool is 9m x 5m and benefits from Roman steps into the shallow end.  The depths are approx. 1m to 2m.

Naturally a brick built barbecue is also available.  Perfect for those evenings when you want to stay at the villa and relax.  The `chef´can take regular dips in the stunning pool to keep cool.

The large covered terrace around the 4 bedroom holiday villa at Puerto Pollensa beach provides plenty of shade whilst the family dine with views of the pool and gardens. Additional terrace seating is provided which offers quiet corners for guests to read a book or enjoy a sneaky siesta.  There is plenty of room for everyone to find their space.
