Perfectly placed just 3mins walk to seafront, Pine Walk / exclusive Hotel Illa d’Or . This well maintained property is a wonderful choice for a relaxing extended family holiday. It is also a great option for a short winter break or perhaps for an extended winter training for cylists.  The owners have lovingly prepared and equipped the villa to ensure their guests comfort. It sleeps 8 plus an infant. Private parking infront of the alarmed garage store room. An area perfect for keeping expensive bikes secure in addition to beach items. A security gate opens into the ample front terrace. A lovely corner to sit and relax with a pre dinner drink in the evenings.

An arch leads along to the fully fitted spacious country kitchen with a fantastic Range master oven and 2 fridge freezers. A laundry room houses the Siemens washing machine. This spacious accomodation continues along to the separate dining room with beamed ceilings.  Furnished with a wooden table seating 8 it boasts double patio doors opening onto the pretty rear patio garden. Additionally, there is another efficient wood burner for winter stays.   The ground floor accomodation is completed with a convenient twin bedroom and a shower room.

First floor

The staircase leads from the lounge to 3 further spacious bedrooms.  One double bedroom boasts fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading out to a spacious private terrace. This terrace is a wonderful spot for some relaxation away from the family whilst enjoying the mountain views.  A very large family bedroom which has plenty of room for the free wooden cot. Baby changing facilities, high chair and equipment are provided free of charge too. We can provide a small child bed here with advance notice and a supplement. These two bedrooms share a family shower room . Finally we reach another spacious twin bedroom with double aspect windows and en suite shower room. All bedrooms are spacious and offer hot/cold air conditioning. Child gates are available free of charge for peace of mind. 

Exterior

This allows all the family to find a quiet corner when required.  The large shady terrace at the front of the property is wonderful and peaceful.  An ideal spot to read a book and listen to the birdsong  The rear patio boasts a fantastic hot tub which should be used with care.  It is extremely relaxing to soak here after a long day cycling or sunbathing. Sunbeds and sun parasols are also provided for your comfort.  Bar Laguna is just 3mins walk from the villa and children love the huge swimming pool which can be used whilst the family enjoy a long relaxing lunch.  The rear terrace is where guests try their hand with the barbecue and then enjoy al fresco meals under the stars.
