The villa is located just 4kms from historic Pollensa town. 10kms from Puerto Pollensa. Pollensa Golf is 8kms.  Pollensa town has a fantastic international atmosphere. Furthermore it offers an excellent choice of restaurants in addition to a bustling Sunday market.

Interior

Enter directly into the dining room from the covered terrace. A farmhouse kitchen with original stone floor and antique fireplace.  Conveniently the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. Al fresco dining is certainly a delight on the terrace.

The comfortable lounge has traditional Mallorcan fabrics evident.  The huge open fireplace takes pride of place in this room.  The lounge offers sofas, chairs along with SAT TV, DVD and of course WIFI.   A large double bedroom with fireplace is located on the ground floor.  This bedroom boasts an en suite shower room.  French doors lead out from the bedroom to a furnished terrace.  How wonderful stepping out of bed onto the terrace. Sit and soak up the countryside silence.  This bedroom is an ideal choice for anyone who cannot manage stairs.

A staircase leads to the first floor into a relaxing additional lounge area. Two single beds are provided, ideal for additional guests.  French doors lead out to a pretty terrace with mountain views.  Finally the interior is completed by an attractive double and twin bedroom. Furthermore, both of these bedrooms have en suite shower rooms. All bedrooms have Breezair natural air conditioning ensuring comfort.  Air conditioning is on a timer and use is restricted to 12 hours a day.

Exterior

The exterior is a truly delightful rural retreat to rent in Pollensa Mallorca.  The garden offers orange groves, lawns and schubs. A garden path leads down to the pretty swimming pool. It is 8m x 4m approx. Sun beds and a parasol surround the pool.  The villa offers several terraces to enjoy a drink, read a book or prepare the barbecue.  It is always a bonus when everyone can find their own private space.
