The town is just 2kms away and offers a fabulous selection of quality restaurants and artisan shops.  A perfect choice for those that love to cycle instead of drive! This villa is surrounded by lush shrubbery and mountains. It is a good choice for anyone that struggles with steps too. A popular restaurant alongside the Galeares Vicens textil shop is less than 1kms away.

This property sleeps 6 and a baby.   A free cot and highchair are available on request. A small car is recommended.

The interior of this traditional Mallorcan holiday villa walking distance to Pollensa is spacious.  This is partly due to the high beamed ceilings and pine decor.  The attractive lounge offers a feature fireplace and double aspect french doors leading out to the garden.  Comfortable furnished with sofas, TV with international channels, DVD and reliable WIFI.  A step down into the dining room which boasts a long tressle table comfortably seating 8. Triple aspect french doors overlook the courtyard.  At the far end of the villa  is the farmhouse style kitchen which is well equipped. A door leads out to the pretty courtyard and barbecue area. An ideal spot for those long summer meals under the stars.   Conveniently the washing machine is located in the utility room of this terrace.

Double wooden doors from the lounge lead to the sleeping quarters of this property. The 3 bedrooms in this traditional Mallorcan holiday villa walking distance to Pollensa offers air conditioning for your comfort. The Master bedroom boasts an en suite shower room. French doors out to the garden terrace to enjoy peaceful moments at the end of the day.  Two pretty twin bedrooms with garden views share a family shower room. For convenience there is a guest cloakroom too.

Outside, there is a stunning courtyard from the traditional Mallorcan holiday villa walking distance to Pollensa. The old olive tree provides caracter and shade.  The well kept garden offers plenty of space to relax and find your own private corner. The property is surrounded by orchards.  Plenty of opportunites to soak up the impressive mountain views. The private swimming pool is approx. 9m x 4m and has 4 Roman steps into the shallow end.  Depths vary between 1m and 2.2m.  The surrounding sun terrace is furnished with sunbeds and parasols providing shade.

Immacualte lawns and colourful shrubs offer such a beautiful peaceful setting.  How wonderful to listen to the birds sing in the early mornings.  To the side of the villa is a fruit orchard where you can pick your own fresh lemons!  As we know you will not want to pull yourself away from this property there is a brick built barbecue for those stay at home evenings.  Sausages and sangria with frequent dips in the pool will be on the menu I think!

On booking we require a 30% deposit.  The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival.  A handful of villas require the balance earlier.  Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?Reveal

We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances.  It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.

What does your property management service consist of?Reveal

We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to.  Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.

What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?Reveal

All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number.  Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated.  We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals.  For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance.  Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs.  Let us know how we can help.
