Enter via open staircase located at the rear of the property. The property offers one twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, balcony and en suite bathroom. A full family bathroom complete with hairdryer. Two further bedrooms include a bedroom with child bunk beds and and a double bedroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The bright sunny lounge/diner is comfortable. Furnished with sofa, dining table and chairs, basic SAT TV and free WIFI. The large patio doors lead to the spacious, furnished terrace with sea views. A seperate fitted kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, electic oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. Furthermore the ground floor apartments have direct access to the spacious lawned gardens and a gate to the beach.
Conveniently, a couple of washing machines are located on the ground floor which are for guests use. The front lawned garden is shared with all clients and offers sun beds in addition to a couple of bar b ques for clients use. Naturally this creates a wonderful friendly atmosphere.
