his beautiful first floor apartment is available strictly between 16 June and 14th September.  We are offering a minimum 31 night rental.  This is not a holiday rental but ideal for someone who fancies an extended stay alongside one of Mallorcas best beaches.

The property is located close to the Hotel Playa Esperanza, alongside the beautiful Nature Park of Albufera.  It is situated in a quiet attractive residential street but with a selection of restaurants, bars and hotels close-by offering entertainment if required.  Just 150m stroll to the safe sandy beach.

The apartment is spacious and light floods into all rooms. A large terrace surrounds the property offering plenty of opportunity to enjoy al fresco meals or sit and contemplate life and the views.  The bright comfortable lounge/diner with air conditioning has french doors leading out to the terrace.  There is a TV and reliable fast WIFI keeping the family connected at all times.  The fully fitted kitchen/diner is very well equipped and also has a door leading to the terrace.  Conveniently, a washing machine is housed in a seperate room.

The summer beach rental boasts 3 spacious colourful air conditioned bedrooms.  All bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes too.  The bedrooms incorporate one double bed and 4 single beds.  The Double bedroom has doors out to the terrace and fabulous views of the Albufera water ways.  There is also room for a travel cot if required. The apartment sleeps 6 plus a baby.  A car is not necessary in this property. Finally, two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with a shower complete the accommodation.

Exterior

The icing on the cake of this summer rental at the beach is the attractive communal pool. It should be used with respect to the residents on the ground floor.  Alongside the pool is a purpose built barbecue which is also available to use.  The pool has great Roman steps ensuring easy access and sunbeds on the sun terrace.  The attractive garden is laid to lawn and offers a variety of flowering plants and shrubs.

Easy parking infront of the property is usually available however a car is not essential in this property.

Strictly between 16 June and 14th September.  We are offering a minimum 31 night rental. No cleaning services are included but full linen provided.  Electric is charged at 0.30€ per kw.

31 nights of July or August, 3300€ per month plus electricity

Rental Fee for 2 months of July and August 6000€ plus electricity

Discounted cost for the entire almost 3 month period 8300€ plus electricity

1000€ security deposit is taken on arrival.
