Accomodation

A sunny lounge has air conditioning and french doors to the balcony.  Comfortably furnished with sofa, dining table and chairs.  Additionally a 32″ smart TV, DVD and music sytem with USB connection provide entertainment. The property also offers reliable WIFI which the tenant will pay for if required.

The compact fitted American kitchen is well equipped.  It includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, fan assisted oven, electric hob and coffee maker.

This summer rental apartment with pool offers a pretty double and twin bedroom.  The bedrooms are at the rear of the building, overlooking the communal pool.  Both bedrooms offer wardrobes and efficient electric ceiling fans. A family bathroom completes the accomodation.   At the rear of the apartment is a further balcony housing the washing machine and space to hang your washing.

Reach the apartment via two flights of stairs to the first floor. There is a security door to the street. The communal swimming pool is for exclusive use of the 12 apartments.  Respecting the community rules and neighbours is an important factor for any tenant to consider.
