Pollensa town is located just 7kms from the beach resort and offers an abundance of character. A fabulous selections of restaurants, artisan shops and a bustling weekly street market are enjoyed by visitors and locals. This property is just 5mins walk to the main square. Explore the Calvario steps, the cobbled streets and the hidden gems in this historic, popular, international town. A car is not necessary in this property. A regular bus service provides the option to travel to Puerto Pollensa or Cala San Vicente. Taxis are also a reliable form of transport between the local areas.

Interior
This holiday home has a delightful mix of original features and modern updates. It offers a pleasing relaxing atmosphere suitable for the most discerning guests. Air conditioning is available throughout the property and is on a timer to ensure sensible use. The comfortable lounge/diner has chaise longue sofa and a flat screen TV with international channels and WIFI.  The open plan modern fitted kitchen is very well equipped and offers a dining table too should you wish to dine in the cool air conditioned interior. The ground floor accommodation is completed with a modern shower room. Large patio doors provide plenty of light and lead out to the terrace patio.
The air conditioned sleeping quarters are to be found on the first floor of this reformed townhouse for holiday rental Pollensa town. Two of the bedrooms offer fabulous traditional floor tiles and beamed ceilings. The spacioius Master bedroom boasts a double bed and en suite shower room. Two further twin bedrooms sharing a separate shower room. A door leads to a small balcony which offers fascinating views across the town. It is a pleasant area to sunbathe too.
Exterior
The walled patio terrace is an area where you are sure to spend much of your stay.  It boasts outdoor dining facilities including a wonderful barbecue area. A few sunbeds surround the private plunge pool. The pool is 2.5m x 1.5m and has depths of less than 1m approx. It is just perfect to cool off during the summer months. This is an ideal space to relax with a good book or maybe medidate.
The house is terraced and has similar properties surrounding it. A perfect holiday rental for those that do not want a car. A great choice if you are travelling with teenagers as they can safely explore the town and ice cream parlours alone.

Some of our villas do insist on a Saturday arrival however the majority of our properties do offer flexible arrival days and lengths of stays. Please check the property description for any restrictions.
Should I decide to book accommodation with you howe do I pay and also ensure my money is safe?
On booking we require a 30% deposit. The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival. A handful of villas require the balance earlier. Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?
We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances. It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.
What does your property management service consist of?
We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to. Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.
What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?
All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number. Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.

Most of our accommodation is family friendly unless otherwise clearly stated. We offer one free travel cot and highchair in all our holiday rentals. For a supplement, we can even arrange for pool safety fencing in private villas if booked in advance. Other baby equipment can also be arranged for you, baby alarm, playpens, pushchairs. Let us know how we can help.
