This is a wonderful monthly villa rental close to Alcudia in the North of Mallorca. It is a perfectly comfortable villa for a family to spend a month or three in with all the home comforts.  Rentals from 1- 4 months for solvent guests who will take great care of the property which is a families 2nd home.

The property is located between Alcudia and Sa Pobla, with a long private driveway leading off the Alcudia Palma road.  It is approx. 15mins drive to popular Alcudia or Pollensa beaches.

Two double bedrooms on the ground floor with doors leading out to the garden.  Two double bedrooms on the first floor.  There is one beautiful shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom with roll top bath and seperate walk in shower on the first floor.

This is an ideal place to stay for several months.  Fully Air conditioned, reliable WIFI and a fabulous covered barbecue area in addition to a 5m x 4m swimming pool with terraces.  For extra peace of mind, the pool is gated.  Relax and enjoy this fabulous family home.  Sleeps 8 plus baby.  We accept well behaved dogs too.

This is a perfect answer should you be renovating your property or searching to buy your dream home. Additionaly it is great if you simply wish to spend a few months enjoying Mallorcan life.

An attractive entrance hall leads along to a spacious furnished lounge with an arch through to the dining room which boasts french doors to the garden.  Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, complete with a convenient breakfast bar for that early morning coffee.  Two double bedrooms and a spacious shower room.

First floor

Two attractive double bedrooms with stunning countryside views and a luxury full bathroom. A cot is available in one of the bedrooms if required.


A beautiful mature garden with plenty of lawn, terracing and a fabulous summer kitchen to enjoy al fresco meals on the gas barbecue or the pizza oven.  The 5m x 4m swimming pool boasts Roman steps for easy access into the shallow end and is surrounded by a security fence making it safe for a family with young children.  Comfortable seating and sunbeds surround the pool too which enjoys fabulous views.

Flexible arrival and departure dates.  15% discount for stays of more than 8 weeks.

In addition to the rental fee guests will pay a refundable 1000€ security deposit. Pets will be accepted on request. 

We can provide free of charge a cot and highchair and other baby equipment if required. 

Electric will be charged at 0.35€ per kw.  One lorry load of water will be provided each month. If you use more than this you will be charged for an additional delivery.   Weekly pool and garden maintence is included in the rental fee but you will be expected to use the pool with consideration (shower before using etc)

This is not a holiday rental so no cleaning is provided during your stay. Double linen + towels will be provided to enable you to launder regularly.

On booking we require a 30% deposit.  The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival.  A handful of villas require the balance earlier.  Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?Reveal

We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances.  It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.

What does your property management service consist of?Reveal

We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to.  Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.

What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?Reveal

All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number.  Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.
