Interior

The attractive entrance hall leads along to the lounge with sofas.  The stone walls, terracta tiles, beamed ceilings and wood burner creates a romantic rustic atmosphere.  The lounge offers comfortable seating along with a flat screen TV with international channels, DVD and of course free WIFI. The fully fitted farmhouse kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances.  A breakfast table is useful to serve an early dinner for the youngsters. Finally, a convenient shower room completes the ground floor accommodation.

The attractive tiled staircase leads to the first floor where we find the 3 spacious air conditioned bedrooms. Two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom enjoy stunning views overlooking the garden, countryside and the Tramuntana mountains.  A family bathroom serves these bedrooms. The air conditioning is on a timer to ensure sensible usage.

Exterior

This 2 storey property sits in the middle of the countryside with stunning views all around.  With the backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains and the surrounding fields it offers space, privacy and peace. The front garden is laid mainly to immaculate lawns.  The private swimming pool is 9m x 4m and has depths of 1m to 2m.  Roman steps in one corner of the pool provide easy access into the shallow end.  A pretty shaded terrace is a perfect spot for those al fresco meals which are such an important part of a family holiday in Mallorca.  The purpose built barbecue offers the opportunity to cook alongside the pool.   The young members of the family love to run free around the garden.  A family game of table tennis is great entertainment too in this 3 bedroom farmhouse villa rental in Pollensa.
