A truly fantastic location, close to the famous Pinewalk, for this beautiful holiday apartment with private roof terrace in exclusive complex Puerto Pollensa.  This top floor apartment sleeps 5 and a baby.  The Bellresguard complex boasts landscaped gardens and huge swimming pools. The security gates ensure that the communal areas are only used by residents.  A 3mins walk takes you to the famous Pinewalk promenade and beach. Visitors are treated to shallow clear waters, sandy beach along with the fabulous views of the Bay of Pollensa.

An exterior staircase leads up to this penthouse apartment. The accomodation offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  Clients love the balcony and the huge sunny, furnished roof terrace with mountain and sea views.  The terrace is reached by a further flight of stairs.

The apartment

Enter this stunning penthouse directly into the lounge/diner with double aspect windows. This ensures sunlight floods into the room. Comfortably furnished with sofas, flat screen smart TV with international channels and DVD, dining table and chairs. Free reliable Wifi will be available for Spring 2022. Patio doors lead out to the furnished balcony. The balcony boasts views of the gardens and pool area.  A wonderful place to enjoy breakfast or pre dinner drinks. The fitted kitchen is well equipped and has a separate utility area with a washing machine. A door leads off the lounge to the sleeping quarters.  One pretty double bedroom with King size bed and en suite bathroom.  A twin bedroom and a childs bedroom with bunk beds share the family shower room.  All bedrooms have wardrobes and efficient hot/cold air conditioning. We ask that this is used sensibly.  The apartment is perfect for family holidays.  The owners have lovingly provided a free travel cot and highchair. Additionally a selection of board games and DVDs are provided to keep the children amused out of the mid day sun.

The main staircase leads up to the wonderful private roof terrace.  This area offers panoramic views. It is furnished with a couple of sunbeds, ensuring sunworshippers soak up the sun all day.  Such a peaceful and relaxing space. The owners have decorated this huge terrace with a variety of plants and personal pieces of art and recyled furniture.  For your convenience a parasol and a shower are provided too. A purpose built barbecue in addition to a dining table and chairs ensure outdoor dining is most enjoyable.  It is a perfect spot to enjoy al fresco meals under the stars.  The breathtaking mountain views add to the ambience.  The owners have even planted an olive and a lemon tree here!  You may even find yourself sleeping up here in the summer months!  A truly special place to make memories.

Exterior

The communal gardens and swimming pool are fabulous.  The lawns are immaculate. Ponds with frogs and lillies add a romantic ambience.  The swimming pool is very large and is on various levels to add to the fun.  Children never want to leave this space!  Clients are asked to respect the community rules whilst staying at this holiday apartment with private roof terrace in exclusive complex Puerto Pollensa.

Conveniently, just outside the complex, there is a well stocked cafe/supermarket. It offers children’s meals and full-on dining experiences with authentic tapas and cocktails. Tony does a mean Stawberry Moquito! The cafe offers occasional live music too adding too the fabulous environment.

A car is not necessary in this holiday rental apartment however there is easy parking if you choose to have a car during your stay.

Certainly, an excellent choice for holiday rentals all year round.  It is comfortable and well equipped for summer or winter lets.

On booking we require a 30% deposit.  The balance is usually due one month prior to your arrival.  A handful of villas require the balance earlier.  Payments can be made by secure credit card link or by bank transfer to our dedicated client funds bank account.

What happens if we have to cancel our holiday?Reveal

We strongly recommend that every guest contracts suitable travel insurance once they book. This will offer protection in these rare circumstances.  It will also offer valuable medical assistance abroad should it be necessary during your stay.

What does your property management service consist of?Reveal

We pride ourselves on always doing what we promise to do which is take care of your property when you are not able to.  Regular property checks, cleaning, laundry, reforms, pools, garden, etc. We offer this service for small apartments or huge luxury villas between Binissalem and Puerto Pollensa.

What happens in an emergency if we are staying in a holiday rental without a reception?Reveal

All guests have a 24hrs contact telephone number.  Additionally properties have their own information book which includes emergency numbers for the property or medical or police requirements.
