The safe sandy beach is a gentle 15 mins stroll (1km away).  A fabulous family funday can be enjoyed at the waterpark which is just 5mins away from the property.  Public buses run to historic Alcudia town, Can Picafort, Puerto Pollensa and Palma.  The tourist train is also a fun way to travel close-by.

Interior

The spacious fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances.  The breakfast table offers space for an early family breakfast.  You will find everything you require to prepare great family meals too should you wish to cook. Conveniently, one double bedroom and shower room are located on the ground floor.

The beautiful staircase leads to the further 4 twin bedrooms. The first floor of this 5 bedroom holiday villa Alcudia has been refurbished.  It offers a modern design with beautiful parquet flooring, air conditioned bedrooms and shower rooms.  A couple of the bedrooms have french doors out to a balcony with pool views.  The huge Master bedroom offers twin beds and a luxury en suite bathroom with corner bath. The accomodation is completed with two attractive  shower rooms.

Exterior

The enclosed garden boasts a unique 10m x 6m swimming pool. It has depths of 1.5m to 2.10m and Roman steps for easy access into the shallow end.  The rectangular pool is surrounded by an attractive sun terrace furnished with sunbeds. A fabulous sun trap where you can relax all day!

Alongside the pool is a beautiful garden room with air conditioning.  Open up the glass doors and enjoy al fresco dining in the evenings.  The purpose built barbecue is just perfect for home cooking.  The supermarkets offer foods prepared for the grill and it is a pleasure to cool off in the pool whilst cooking dinner!

Finally this 5 bedroom holiday villa close to the beach Alcudia offers plenty of garden furniture. Ideal for relaxing with a book or a cool glass of wine.  The tall palms trees bordering the garden add to the mediterrean ambience of this impressive property.
